Nathan Larner: These guys are great! I’ve had them out on two different occasions. They’ve cleaned up a bunch of construction debris for me and they cleaned out the back of my lot that was full of fallen branches and sticks and yard debris! Cara Day: J&M helped to facilitate and move my grandma out of an abusive assisted living home. They sent 2 gentlemen who were on time, VERY respectful and polite, and moved very quickly! We moved my grandma all the way to bay city from lansing, their timing was punctual and their customer service skills were above and beyond. Ultimately an amazing experience and such a big help to our family! If ever in the area again I would definitely use their services and 100% reccomend. Thank you so much J&M for helping work a miracle!

Arlene Silva: Tony and Gary were INCREDIBLE. They gave us a reasonable bid and started to work removing 22 years of no-longer useful items many of which were large and heavy such as furniture, treadmill, tires, a tractor, wood chipper, tiller, many 10 x 6 chain link fencing panels. The tractor was not operational but Tony and Gary effortlessly lifted it into the (very high!) truck. I was most impressed at the care they took to ensure a frightened opossum under the tractor left so they could safely move the tractor ensuring the animal was not harmed. Their skill, expertise, professionalism, efficiency, courtesy and kindness makes them one of the finest businesses we have ever worked with. If you have items you no longer need, I enthusiastically recommend Tony and Gary of J & M.

Call Monday and the best I get is sorry driver was sick. Paige Maybee: If I could give them 0 stars I would. We called to arrange the drop off time and were told Thursday afternoon--since we were redoing our roof timing was crucial. Friday at 6pm is when it finally showed up. Then I called the next week to ask when it would be picked up and was told Saturday or Monday. The following Tuesday when I called I was told Wednesday. Thursday morning when I called I was told by the end of that day. Now it's Memorial Day weekend and I have company coming to my house and my driveway is filled with a dumpster that's been sitting there for 2 weeks and no one will come and get it! No one will even be honest with me about when they will be there to get it.We are planning on doing a lot of remodeling to our home and in the future will have a lot of need for this kind of service, but I will NEVER use this company again.
SiMar Directories: J & M Hauling was the least expensive company for Dumpster Rentals in Lansing MI. I was concerned at first if there would be a compromise of service because of the lower price, but that was not the case at all. The guys at J & M are great to work with. You can tell they care about the reputation they are creating. I know they do Junk Hauling in Lansing as well, so they will definitely be the ones I call when it comes time for that. I would highly recommend them.

They were very quick and transparent about how they went about their and with their prices, which are 1000% reasonable and affordable!I was told they were going to come out the very next day after initially getting a hold of them to see about a quote, and they came out the next morning. After assessing what we wanted removed (a bunch of old roof shingles, which everyone else turned us away to have their own people remove, which I get because its a pain) they called back within 30 minutes with a quote. They would definitely send people out, but for just a tad cheaper, we opted for a dumpster after all. Same day drop off, within 2 hours after I got off the phone with Darrick.And the dumpster was about $5-$10 cheaper than what other people offer for the same size (10 yards).
