Lana Fender: Should be 0 star....Terrible people always calling my cell at ridiculous times of the day like 4am....when it's the wrong number they never seem to get it to remove my number and that I'm not there person they are looking for!!!! Get a real job people rather than chasing ratsfor money u will never see!!! Especially when u have the wrong number....sheesh sick of this!!!
Miss Actionologist: This time I owed the debt. I didn't know what experience I was going to have when I called, but surprisingly, it was pretty good. Long story short, I had to call back several times, and each time I talked to agents who were professional and helpful. I eventually paid what I owed, and they promptly sent me a receipt of the full payment. Hopefully, they will keep their word and update all three credit bureaus. Good experience!

Kelci Solberg: Just recived a letter from them saying I owe them OVER $3000 for having my son in 2020 I paid that off in collaboration with others in January 2021. Never recived another bill after that until now a year later, nothing on my credit report their just trying to get paid for something I already paid off. Absolutely not.

K: BEWARE of this SCAM company. Too bad I can’t give them a zero. RMP services is another name for TD Bank who does financing for large corporations like Samsung and many others. I have disputed with TransUnion multiple times when corrupt RMP put a fraudulent medical debt on my credit report years ago. Customer service is atrocious if they even answer the phone. RMP services has no verified email address to contact them, Very frustrating dealing with this company. Totally dishonest.
Eric Henningfeld: Called me regarding a medical bill that was never billed to my secondary insurance. That's not how anything should work. They shouldn't take debt from hospitals until it's gone through all insurance. I hope they enjoy the hot place prepared especially for immoral debt collectors!

J & A Little: They're messing up my credit trying to collect on a bill that the hospital says is already paid. (I also have records of when the bill was paid from my HSA account.). I have submitted a complaint against them through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and suggest anyone else having issues related to their attempt to collect an already paid bill or reporting paid bills to your credit report as unpaid, do so as well, so that they may get a better guage on the scope of the problem with this company's business practices.

Jodi Goodhew: Anyone think this is a scam????? Are trying to collect a small amount of money from a medical provider that we do not recognize. They are not in our insurance billing history at all. I wrote asking for an explanation of the bill (original billing information) & all they did was give back the name of the company they said the bill was from...Yeah...you said that in your first letter...You gave no account information or any information for any procedure...We have nothing on this & I am pretty certain it in a medical scam....
Meghan Jump: I paid my bill directly to the hospital. They called me again after two weeks and harassed me saying they have not heard back from the hospital regarding my payment so my account is still in collections. The lady (or man I couldn't tell) was EXTREMELY rude and cut me off when I was talking. It is really not okay. And it is not my responsibility when I have already paid the bill.
