Lina Samaha: I’m in a court zoom room waiting right now. I would like to thanks very much all the MIchigan state housing development stuff. they are super nice, very helpful. I couldn’t pay my rent and I couldn’t make it with my 4 kids in the house safe without MSHDA help.I couldn’t present in the court today either without application approved. I want say for all single or divorce mom be patient every thing takes time. It is a scary situation ,but definitely the MSHDA(cera) will help.

Mone W: I've been on a waiting list for Hamilton Crossing for 3 years. Three years though. Coupled with the fact that you apparently can't make over $1350 a month to be considered for disability, it's an absolute failure of the Michigan government to help its people. MSHDA and the rest of the housing market is to blame for a considerable part of that failure.
Tanya Miller: I been on this waiting list since April I'm homeless and the number is not working an the site says they don't have a voucher for me then my username or password is not valid now and I applied twice I'm not pleased at all I'm still homeless I have kids an they are spread out at family houses because I'm waiting on this voucher or approval

You always have to go to a manager or higher up to get things done, cause the supervisor doesn't want to help.Sometime I have to ask my landlord to call the owner to get things moving! It's been 5 months and still counting to update an income change I sent in! She said she couldn't find my paperwork that I had sent in and to resubmit! Um NO! It was missing 1 signature and she decided to push it aside and not do anything with it! Didnt contact me, NOTHING!

Yolanda Yolanda: I moved to 3200 south Washington Ave there are roaches here it took them four months to spray. My toilet keeps bringing up murky dirty water all they did was give me a plunger it doesn't work I'm disabled the security is good but it's extremely unsafe and unsanitary living conditions
