Nickie C: Fresenius is better than DeVita, which isn’t saying much (Watch John Oliver’s “Last Week Tonight” show regarding Dialysis)The receptionists and nurses are great. Some of the technicians are better than others.The dietitian and the physicians assistant rely too much on their smart phones for information and they don’t seem to know how to properly look up information. There have been too many times in which we have brought in photos of products and screenshots of websites proving them wrong.Make sure that you receive every single instruction in writing.Make sure that your orientation is not the same day as your first appointment.Make sure that you keep your primary care doctor informed.
Sarah Burns: My mom has been a patient here for years. They DO NOT care about their patients. She often comes home with her shirt soaked with blood. They are non-consistant, the nurses are habitually late so they can't ever unlock the doors on time. No one EVER answers the phone
Donna Christian: Uncomfortable seating is a major complaint of many patients. The pain from the procedure should not be overridden by the uncomfortable chairs.

Lacye Ryan: Dialysis technicians are good… but not the best. They’re over worked by fresinius making them care less than they need to. They’re burnt out. Home dialysis for hemo training nurses are a JOKE. Worst nurses I’ve seen since being on dialysis. Especially Terry. She made me feel like I couldn’t even call if I had an issue because she acted like I was dumb or just complaining and she always seemed in a bad mood or like she had something better to be doing. My home hemo machine was not working, and I keptGaining weight, and no one would acknowledge either thing. So glad I switched to west clinic!

Bert Rod: The programs weren't updated or was still in the process of updating,PCT's are doing there best but notice the manager Joe handing out souvenirs from a trip that he had just got back from and let all of workers drown. Everything was backed up over an hour
