Our guests were so impressed with him and his true talent they saw as he played a mixture of acoustic songs as well. It was a pleasure working with him and he made communication so easy not only before but during the wedding as well. Taylor Myers: Originally we hired Chris from Jumpstart DJs for his acoustic guitar ability during ceremony & cocktail hour. We talked with him on the phone and he was very personable and went over all the needed info and answered any questions the best he could. Shortly after hiring him, he reached out asking if another one of his DJs could work our wedding since a personal family event popped up on our wedding date. We agreed to have another one of his DJs. The online client area was wonderful to use. It made filling out our details for the timeline, ceremony, and reception a breeze. It was lots of fun listening to songs and listing them on the favorite & likes lists on the site. About 1 week before our wedding Robby reached out to us on the phone to go over all the forms we submitted. We discussed the music and timeline. For cocktail hour, we didn't really know what option to select on the form, but we told him we were wanting acoustic guitar vibes. Everything sounded good on the phone. The day of he showed up on time and set everything up. The ceremony music was played perfectly. During cocktail hour and dinner, however, it seemed as though the same 3 classical songs we used in our ceremony continuously were played. So that was really a bummer to listen to those songs over and over again while eating. Reception music was good, some of our songs from our forms were played. But a lot of other songs were played as well. It was the generic wedding playlist. But the dance floor was packed all night long and everyone had a rocking time! So overall we'd recommend Jumpstart DJs.

Every song we requested was played. Our Dj accommodated guest request. They have an enormous song selection. Christine Peffer: Chris DJed our wedding on 10/06 at the Old Town Marquee and we had a wonderful experience. He was professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process, even with some last minute weather changes, for which we were VERY grateful! Lauren Cavanagh: We met with many DJs for our wedding and Chris was by far the best. He was very kind and helped us with the process. However one down side is you do not find out who your DJ is until about a month before your event. We had DJ Wesley and he seemed great when we met him however our actual wedding day didn’t go as planned. We discussed when we met in person that we wanted to do an untraditional first dance, which we talked about again on the phone. On the actual day it did not go as planned, however our guests did not know so no harm. We also spent a lot of time going through our “play list” the only thing we asked him to not play was country. He played two very country songs. My mom after over an hour of him playing whatever he wanted, asked him to play our music which we gave him. He did do good things, like warning me when people wanted to give speeches/dances that were not planned. That was awesome on his part. Also our guests truly enjoyed him which is why I gave him 4 out of 5 stars. The things that bothered my husband and I are only things that we know about.

Jennifer Papa: Chris was great to work with, he helped us to get all of our music needs in order, even helping us to personalize our first dance song. Lucas worked our wedding and he did an AMAZING job! As soon as the reception started, we had most of our guests on the dance floor and no one left until the end of the night. Adrianna Montgomery: Our DJ was very friendly and kind! We also really liked the lighting on the dance floor, but he did not announce the bouquet or garter toss songs which kind of sucked. My husband and I hadn’t even realized until the wedding ended. Also whoever was in charge of invoices did not send the last one (also my fault for not realizing) so the DJ thought it was acceptable to come up to us during our wedding, which we thought was kind of unprofessional.
