Jill Koyl: They had me at "magenta"? We live close by and have passed Feighner many times not knowing what treasure lays just off I-69. We purchased our boat lift in the spring to take advantage of the off-season pricing. Rachel walked me through the easy ordering process. When I was less than thrilled over standard canopy colors she asked about MAGENTA! I was so excited about the non-standard color option, I didn't think to ask hubby about some of the other options/upgrades I was sure he could live without....After all MAGENTA! After installation (missed the electrical wires by inches-don't skip on the tire add-on) and our first couple of boat rides, hubby mentioned "wouldn't it be nice if the lift could..." I had to confess these options were available but I didn't think he would need them. Wrong. After a quick phone call to ask about the cost of upgrading they said to bring in the new motor and they would exchange to handle the upgrades! Needless to say we added on a few other bells and whistles (LED lights and remote controls). There was also and issue with the fabrication of the canopy that needed to be returned and reconstructed with new material (not a Feighner issue). The turn around was less than a week and just in time for the Fourth of July! We are already shopping docks for next season as we cannot say enough about customer service going above and beyond in all departments.

Gary Grout: I needed a side cable for my vertical boat lift as the cable snapped. I called them on a Friday of a holiday week - July 4th and they had what I needed and shipped it next day Saturday Delivery so I could have it and fix the lift on the weekend. They also gave me their hints on the best way to make the cable change which would be the quickest and easiest way to do it. They also sent me the diagram of the cabling so I would have it to refer back to. They were fantastic to work with and very understanding about need it delivered on a Saturday. Great to know when I need something quickly, they have everything for me to get the job done.
