Crystal Sarver: The whole experience was so bad I didn’t even take my food with me.Edit: Worsening experience. I contacted support to get a refund because the store told me after I arrived they could no longer cancel nor refund me, only customer service can. I contacted customer service they said only the store can refund me and the store has spent over a week not reaching out to get this settled. Now I see a note here from Tim Hortons saying to contact customer support for a refund. This is starting to smell like fraud. I’ve contacted consumer protection advocacy groups for help. I’ll have to see what they can accomplish. Please do not spend money here. If anything is out of sorts with your order, you will NOT get your money back.

Z Moc: My review is based on many visits to this location and not coming back.Simple: Drive-through takes an extraordinary amount of time even when it’s not busy. So don’t try to go there on your 30m break. You’ll be late for work. Food is poorly made. Do they even pay attention to what they’re bagging? Employees could use some customer service coaching. If you get aggravated easy, avoid this location.

Jaclynn Louden: I have never been to this Tim Hortons, it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit meal. My side was a blueberry muffin. I got a chocolate chip muffin instead and the staff did not seem to care about the length of wait time or paying attention to what was needed for the other customers waiting behind me on line. It was more than 3 minutes that I received my food that I had to wait for my drink. I heard the staff say "did you add the Carmel to the mocha yet"? As my drink sat there under the mixer prior to this person asking about the Carmel. Customer service is everything. Just be mindful. Thanks.

Deardra Grace: I used to look forward to my cup of coffee in the morning. NOT ANYMORE. Took a few months break bc the staff turnover, the coffee made incorrectly & RIDICULOUSLY LONG WAIT TIMES. Wanted to give them time to redeem themselves. No point in that. Went back today. Waited in line for 15 min in drive thru. The first car never moved. Left without anything. I will never return. This place is shameful

Sarah Vandenboss: Great assortment of both lunch and breakfast sandwiches, bakery items (donuts, bagels, croissants, TimBits (donut holes), etc). Fresh ingredients and easily customizable sandwiches. Everyone in my family prefers a different kind of bread for their sandwiches so we can make a sandwich work for everyone (one with a bagel, one on a croissant, etc).This is one of the few locations left in the area and it is a convenient place to stop. Right off the highway, attached to a gas station. Service was friendly.Kid-friendliness: Lots of items kids would enjoy and everything is easily customizable.

Serena Julia: Was greeted at the drive thru with a nasty attitude “Can i help you find something”. Still ordered our food, and moved to the drive thru window. Not only did Bri not apologize when asked about her behavior, but continued to blame the customers for being disrespectful. Along with the 3 other girls who decided to sit at the window and laugh. Definitely needs to learn how to have good customer service, or common curiosity.

Ericka Wood: This location has great staff! Always super kind and on top of stuff. Fast paced! I really do love this location! They have slightly lower prices then other top brand coffee shops. After moving to the area and amongst other BS with my former fav (Dunkin), Tim's has become one of my top. Only complaint is the app. Laggy. Offers kinda suck. And you can only redeem points for specific drinks. Not including iced carmel macchiato. (My drink lol) But that is Tim Hortons as a whole.. not this location specifically.
