After struggling for a long time with water/well/pump issues that ranged from rust to low pressure to sludge and finally NO water, we are finally operating at 100% and very happy. Mike Dyer and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that this experience was as easy as possible. The ground was still frozen but it did not deter them from digging a new deep well for us when ours had totally gone dry and unserviceable. While a job like this is a large undertaking for both the company and the homeowner, it was handled with great professionalism and care. We had been without water for a few days and had a family member coming home from the hospital. Mike Dyer went out of his way to make sure that we had water on site that was routed through our own system to keep us set up until they were finished with the project. What a difference it made not having to carry water back and forth between the store and home. We have never dealt with a better more knowledgeable, courteousgroup of individuals than we did with this company. We highly recommend them if you need Well Service. Every single person in this company acted with care and professionalism and it made a potentially very stressful situation much easier.

He explained to us what exactly needed to be replaced and kept us updated every step of the way. He even noticed we have indoor cats and made sure to close every door he opened.
