Alzada Daniels: Very efficient service. Was in and out in less than an hour. Representative was able to accommodate my needs.
James HOWLETT: Great Customer service, I went to get a permanent Parking placard and a disability plate , being a walk up, I was selected to receive it after a thirty minute time , Thank you for your accommodation. Much appreciated. 🙂
Jake Gieras: Schedule an appointment showed up at my schedule time. They were running over a half hour late. Once I got up to the counter, I was told that they could not pull up my confirmation or my appointment, and basically told me to pound sand. I was basically spoken to as if I never even scheduled my appointment and I was a liar not appreciated, even had to go out to my driveway to get my Vin number off the vehicle for my appointment setup. I had a manager who literally was telling me She was not logged into the computer yet and simultaneously telling me my confirmation code was not valid.
bernie kilmartin: Worse experience ever. Made appointment for 11:10am. Finally at 12:00 I got in line only to be told they couldn't print a new title for car,I lost it and trying to sell car. I guess I will need to figure out what my next step we be. Michigan should be ashamed.

Erica Weber: We used this office today to get a state ID for our child who has severe disabilities. The ladies at this office could not have been more helpful, accommodating, and kind! It went so much better than we anticipated. We are so grateful and will use this specific location for all of our business moving forward.

Brooklynne Tett-Davis: This is solely a review for one person! Alex is amazing, caring, funny, and informational! So helpful I was dreading coming in until he took care of me. I left with a smile and tasks completed. I would say every time I’ve been in the check in people have noticeably had significant attitudes and are not very polite towards others. I understand it’s hard to deal with people, but just be professional.
