Rohit Ratnala: Nice selection of Asian groceries and decent prices. They just need to work on customer service. I don't understand why the cashier was in such a hurry. I was literally the only one in store for the first few minutes. I looked through the store to see what they had as I've never been to this store before. After finding out I don't meet the cc requirement I went to collect change in my car to buy something small. I even took the item back to where I got it on the shelf. One additional person came into the store while I was in the car. I came back to buy one item, knew where it was so I went to get it. I had 5 quarters in my hand and was taking 2 seconds to make sure it's 1.25 after she finished ringing me up. Before I looked up she said it's 5 quarters like I don't know how to count and grabbed the change in my hand. I left the store with an unwanted plastic bag with one item in it and the cashier looking at me with the angriest face I've seen all day. I really hope that woman has a better day tomorrow.

Nab Astroboy: Variety of Nepali & Indian groceries & vegetables
Rabin KC: This place has some authentic Nepali food. The timur chopp and buff sukuti I bought is good, and rarely available elsewhere. The himalayan momo was okay, but better than the dumplings from Costco..wished it had price labels though.I would still avoid fresh produce, as the cauliflower looked past its prime.There are pooja materials too, blankets that reminded me back of home. Overall a good place.Five stars for the rare ethnic food I was able to find there, and tasted good!

Michael Matkowski: They are unfortunately not following the return policy outlined by the company. Had receipt and unopened item. Was willing to accept cash or store credit but told that it could only be refunded to the card (not an option for me). Forced to keep the item. Asked if there was any other way to return it or if I could speak to a manager and was told that she was a manager and nothing could be done to rectify the situation. Will not be shopping there again unless it is rectified by the company and will be spreading this information among friends here in East Lansing (will update if this is corrected by customer service).
heroangel20: Nice place but you really have to go on the right day at the right time, otherwise youll be hard pressed to find everything you want. if you go at the right time, the place is awesome.
Brian Moore: Although Fresh Thyme Market had a decent selection of quality produce, I gave them 2 stars because they did not have actual cashiers working their checkout lanes. I begrudgingly used the self checkout, but will avoid ever returning to this store because of this lack of basic service.

Gary Fredericks: I don’t know if they’re under new management or what but the produce here is AWFUL anymore! It’s all moldy and wilted. Last Sunday I couldn’t find even ONE bell pepper that didn’t resemble a wrinkled raisin and they were all mushy. Their apples are unfit for deer bait. Even the stuff that spears good seems to rot within two days. Cauliflower, good luck finding done without black mold on it. Also, they went to all self checkout. Im just done with this place. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years here and now I’ll be moving on to the other farmers market on the west side of one of the other produce sellers in Lansing.

Z: I and my family have been shopping at this store for almost 20 years (before some of their employees were born) but since they started the Self Check Out I, my family and my colleagues rarely go to this place and I recommend it to others not go! Employees at self-checking look at all your items one by one and think that all the people who go there are thieves!!! It’s been a few times this issue has happened to me and my Coworkers and we really are sorry for this place to have such a weak management Because we have never seen such disgusting behavior anywhere. I don't even need your special discounts and with the two months profit of my business I can buy your entire shop! Before you judge customers as thieves, try to understand who they are and where they come from.

Robert Hughes: I’ll take my business to Whole Foods in the future. After driving 40 minutes for a specific item in the deli I discovered that department doesn’t open until 10am and no one was willing to help me. Rather than wait around for another 30 minutes for that one item I put all of my items back and left. I’ll drive a little further to WF- at least I can get consistent service there.

After the lady next to me took my place in line (the line went all the way into the aisle and she said she was at the end of the line and I was not even in line) for the self scanning, I looked for a cashier at noon on Wednesday. No cashiers, self scan only. Long lines for self scanning. I left without purchasing anything because scanning is not my job! Other than that, the store displays looked nice.

I’ve been here multiple times, has yet to improve.A well run instance of this store could be winning me over. Instead it is a flaming trash fire of incompetence, kept afloat by its location alone.

I asked a Stocker named Mark to point me in the direction of finding it. He helped me and we weren't able to locate any on the shelf. 20 mins later when I was checking out he brought some up to me that Blake who is the Store Manager and himself had found in the back. Awesome Customer Service. A huge thank you to Blake and Mark for finding the Liquid Smoke for me in the back. That was top notch service. Thanks again!

AmarieB Lansing: I just left the Holmes and MLK Kroger. I got a valentines gift that included a candle that just burned smoke and i went there to ask to trade for another brand. The customer service desk lady on Feb 15th at 3:30 pm told me that the candle was high priced (15.00) and she couldnt return OR exchange it! I spend at least 350.00 a month there and she asked me for my phone number to look up the purchase AFTER i told her it was a gift. Why would i get a cheap gift? Did she get a 1.00 Valentine and was mad at me? Either way, she was being extremely rude and unprofessional and im DONE with Holmes Road Kroger. Ill drive 15 miles to get to the one past the Lansing Mall before ill ever go there again. They just lost a lifetime customer. Thanks for your great customer service lady. I hope you are blessed with every wonderful thing you wish for so you can stop treating people the way you DONT want to be treated.

And most of the time they only have one checkout operator. I was there yesterday, and after shopping for probably 40 minutes, went to check out with a cart full of groceries. I was so happy to see two cashiers. After waiting almost 10 minutes in line, the cashier announces he's going on break and for myself and everyone behind me to move over behind a bunch of other people. Needless to say, I left my cart full of groceries and went to a different Kroger that knows how to take care of their customers.
