KatsEyeGem: Customer service is terrible! Guy with the blonde hair refuses to get up and help anyone. A guy was trying to buy a Xbox system and the blonde guy wouldn't get up to help. He just left. Always rude to customers. "We have to make money too". Blonde guy said that to two different customers in one visit. You have to check the value of your items before you confirm selling it. Offered me $0.10 for a $30 amiibo NIB. Come on! They say they don't buy sealed items, but have sealed PS4 games in the case. And the store ALWAYS has a smell about it . This store was awesome 2-3 years ago, the current employees destroyed it! Fix your attitude guys..

Sonya Louise: I came all the way into the store because they had something that I was looking for and when I went to the counter to ask for help the female with a purple dipped hair said they were too busy to help me on the floor. She then turned around and helped another customer and answered several questions on the floor and didn't help me. This is my first time meeting this little girl and I pray that it is my last. Coming to this store for its unique items and vaserate of video games for different systems is what brings us in here. For over a decade my children come with their dad and occasionally me. And just like that a tradition is over. Her attitude, lack of concern and litteral laugh will keep us away from here. Thanks for the memories Disc Traders.

Valerie Pung: Disc Traders always has decent value for trade ins compared to other video game stores in the area, and prices on used stuff is reasonable. Only giving 4 stars because the store has an odor to it, much like a teenage boys’ room, and the lines can be pretty long at times; and finally some of the staff is not so great at customer service. I’ll keep coming back though because we like to shop the giant funko pop collection.
Robert Rininger: It seems to be very hit and miss. The first time I went I bought several games that seemed interesting, the last several times I haven't found anything that I was willing to pay their prices for. Nintendo switch games only $5 off new price doesn't make me decide to buy a bunch of games to try out.

Eli Torola: Pretty bummed out about the experience. Stood and waited for the gentleman at the counter to help me select a controller I wanted to purchase. I understand he was busy with other tasks so I was patient. Then finally after 25 minutes he came over to help with my selection. Made a decision on the controller I wanted to buy and followed him to the register. He then proceeded to have me move to the back of the line after I had already waited for so long and was in the middle of a transaction with him. Even the other customers were confused on how he handled it. And when I tried to ask him if we could finish our purchase he very coldly just told me to wait in line again. Unfortunately won’t be back here.
