Judy GF: If you require specific elder law guidance then I'd consider this office to be an acceptable option. We initially met with Doug Chalgain and were very happy with him. But once we were passed to other attorneys in the office I wasn't as impressed. If you require basic estate planning, look elsewhere in my opinion. I know attorneys are expensive but I didn't realize the premium that this office charged us over the years until I went elsewhere. Once we pay one of your attorneys to draft all of our trust and estate documents I struggle with having to pay an attorney to "review the file" each time I have a question. Especially when those questions were coming over a period of 2 months. Further, before signing anything they prepare for you check it carefully for accuracy as we discovered errors that led requiring corrections as the register of deeds office.

As things happened, we ended up doing this as the country began going into COVID 19 lock down.
