Morley Schram: Had 25 polos that needed to have embroidery done on the left and right side of the chest ,to be done in a week .They said that they could get it done .Not only did they get them done ,but they got them done faster then a week .Great service and work done

Vee Petersen: I had them make 2 shirts for me. The first one, the men's, fit as expected. The women's one was SEVERELY undersized. When I called to ask about it... I was passed through 3 people. FINALLY the 3rd person told me that all orders are custom orders and that shirt was the largest one they had and it was a "slim fit". It says 2X but you'd be lucky if it was a Medium at best. I wear women's 2X shirts every day, and there is NO way it is a 2X. When I asked if he could make the same shirt on a men's shirt that would fit me, He said "That would have to be a custom job" and that he liked to keep his "offerings consistent". Which is it? He then told me to find a buyer for it and he would give me a discount on my NEXT order. Wow. Now I am out $15 for a shirt that will just sit on my table because I certainly can't wear it! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Travis Hill: Dropped off an order of 36 athletic jackets to have a name embroidered on them and have some text put on the back.They did an amazing job and communicated any issues/questions with me promptly.After the order was complete, I was impressed with the quality and look of the finished product. They really do look great and I would recommend anyone who is going to do a bulk order to go here. The price was reasonable to. I think I paid (for my specific order and details) $350 to have text on the back of the jacket and a name embroidered on the front for 36 jackets.Overall impression:-On time with delivery-People were great to work with-Finished product looked amazing-Reasonable priceWill definitely go back again in 3 years for the next time we do this event and need bulk order done.

Micah Bohanon: The woman working was incredibly rude on the phone and before I even spoke after walking in. They haven't changed their hours on any of their sites but apparently are closing at 6pm, which the woman made very clear by scolding me that they "close in five minutes". So unnecessary and alienating.

Michael Halbert: If your looking for custom prints I highly recommend going to BSElist. I checked out a couple places before coming here and the prices were extremely high. I found BSElite, called, spoke with the owner who was very helpful. So I headed over, he took the time to explain everything, show me work they have done, and the price sheet which was very fair so I had them do the hoodies. He even called later that night because the file wasn’t right which would mean the print wouldn’t come out looking good. A couple days later they were ready and looking crispy. Now they are working on our hats and shirts. You want custom print work these are your people. Thank you BSElite team!!

Alyson Piper: I would give 0 stars if possible. They are so unprofessional. They started to print without an approval of artwork and placement and when I told them we did not like the design they said too bad they had already started. They then placed the logo in the complete wrong place after telling me we couldn’t print where we would like it to be and took no accountability. We were told they would preprint to make it right and when we picked up they were still on the wrong side. Refused to give us a refund. They do not answer emails. The embroidery was shotty work and could see the long strings in the seam. Overall terrible experience and will not be coming back.
