ACLS/BLS/PALS "A CPR CO" Formerly: True Care Services CPR: what do users think?
Marc Maldaver: Received BLS and first time ACLS training and it was great. Would highly recommend!
A L: I received excellent training in both ACLS and BLS. I highly recommend this company for certification. The instructor was helpful and kind when teaching very important scenarios and skills. Thank you very much!
Philippe Moleus: I had to get my BLS recertification, and Rick was very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I learned a lot from the session and I am planning on returning back for future recertification.
Tim Hull: Rick Williams provided me with an excellent review of BLS. Communication and instruction were professional and competent. Highly recommended
Angela Moore: Small group setting with very laid back environment. Quick and fun, exactly what I was looking for!
Brian Plaisier: The best BLS and ACLS courses that I’ve attended over my 25 years in medicine. Excellent communication during registration and submitting pre-course material. Such a great learning environment that I stayed late for extra practice sessions. Well worth the drive from Kalamazoo.
Ashley Cammire: Rick is very knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure that concepts aren't just taught but that they are thoroughly learned. I was very nervous going into my first ACLS course but Rick made the process go very smoothly and was extremely supportive. I will always come back to True Care Services for renewals and will highly recommend them to everyone I know!
Mary Fraser: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI just recently took this course and received certification. Very simple and to the basics which is great! Informative and great instruction given. I feel confident after leaving on what to do CPR/AED. Highly recommend!
Erin E: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueOverall great experience here renewing BLS. Rick is very knowledgeable and made the process straightforward and easy. Will definitely return for ACLS.
Rhonda Williams: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
Juliana Wilkinson: Rick and Rhonda were wonderful to work with. They responded quickly, and were able to schedule my recertification almost immediately. They worked with me to get all of my requirements met, and the level of instruction was fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and organized. Great team.
Jennifer Mayer: This place is so great highly recommended will only take acls here!
Kylie Baxter: Rick and Rhonda are wonderful. They answered all of my questions promptly by email, started and ended precisely on time, and covered all material while making it fun and comfortable. Their instruction and guidance gave me the confidence to know that I have the ability to use my knowledge, if ever needed. I will be going back to them for my recertifications.
Malinda Burnash: I went to the American Red Cross web site to find a class for re certification for BLS Health Care Provider. I found a class in Lansing and the company that teaches the class is called True Care Services. I live in Flint! It was worth the drive! The instructor was organized, professional and expeditious. The class started on time and we ended on time. The instructor was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also welcomed discussion all the while being timely. The instructor pressed home new curriculum which includes team work, communication and roles. Drug abuse, respiratory depression and rescue breathing was also discussed (New curriculum for me since my last cert). This company had at least 3 different AEDs that the instructor demonstrated for us. Other equipment was in good repair and up to date. Location was easy to find. All of my emails were answered promptly. 100% on exam! YAY!! Thanks all
Virinder Sidhu: I took ACLS and BLS here. The instructors are friendly and teach at a good pace. They have many time slots available and accommodated my schedule.

ASHA, Inc.: what do users think?
Alexander Holloway: Despite it being very short notice, Terry was able to accommodate our request for a 13 person class, going so far as to driving 2 hours to our location to do it himself when his instructors nearer to us couldn't do it.
Kyle Duckworth: This was our first experience with Terry and ASHA and we were quite pleased with his work and depth of knowledge. I would have no issues recommending ASHA to anyone.
Ken Rood: Terry is always extremely professional. He brings a large amount of experience to help enhance the education and is very knowledgeable about the standards and requirements to help make any company's safety program efficient and effective.
Todd Frey: Very informative
Thomas Schlubatis: Terry and his team with ASHA have done CPR/FA several times for our Detroit facility and have done a great job. Very knowledgeable staff with experience in the field. Terry from the start has been great to work with and accommodating to our 3 shift schedule and last minute changes. I would recommend them for sure to anyone in need of CPR/FA or safety program assistance.
Connie Peters: I attended the CPR & 1st Aid training with Terry Welsh this week and enjoyed the course. It was informative and extremely helpful. I recommend Asha, Inc. and Terry Welsh for this training certification .

Mobile Medical Response: what do users think?
Jacob Johnson: Britney is terrible at her job she was very rude, mean and abusive. She shouldn't be allowed to be an EMT.
Arianna Rowley: After a car accident two years ago a transfer between the hospital and rehabilitation center was arranged for me. After fighting for over a year to try and get them to bill it properly so that my insurance can pay the bill, they finally tell me that they can’t bill it properly and that I am responsible for the bill. Why have a business used by patients that cannot be billed to insurance and why not make this evident in the billing process.
terry wheaton: They had a very good attitude and we're very caring about my situation.
