Endodontic Specialists, P.C.: what do users think?
Shannon Bishop: Great experience. Dr. Epley was wonderful. Whole visit from start to finish was less than 45 minutes.
Kerry Fountain: I was asked to come in early to squeeze me in earlier. My appointment was suppose to be at 315, got there at 230 because they said they were going to squeeze earlier if I could show up. I Sat in the waiting room for an hour and half before I was called back. They took an xray of my tooth and within 5 told me there was nothing they could do. I got out of work 3 hours earlier, drove all the way down there for them to tell me they couldn't extract the tooth because they don't do that there. A total was of my time
Kendra Shepherd: Dr. DeYoung and the staff were amazing. I had a dental emergency and after seeing my dentist, I was in their office only 2 hours later. They worked efficiently, were patient and gentle. Being someone who suffers from anxiety, this was wonderful. First time in 3 LONG days, I have been pain free. THANK YOU!
Nicole Allen: I waited 78 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen by someone.
Shawn Loveall: Super cool staff I was late and they still took care of me.No extra charge
Alison Lathrop: Seriously impressed with the quality, efficiency, and bedside manner from the doctors and staff! Even my 11 year old daughter, who was dreading this appointment, was giving the doctor a high five and telling me how happy she was with the experience. Highly recommend! I’ve heard so many bad experiences with root canals, I was scared, and they made it so easy and nearly painless! Such a relief. Thank you all very much! ♥️
Susie Lake: I was in terrible pain and needed an emergency root canal. They scheduled me the day I called, and got to work on my tooth immediately. I was pain free in no time. Very caring and professional, I highly recommend them!
Mikel Hamer: Would have gave 5 stars, but was forced to listen to radio commercials during my root canal. Top tier everything else though.
LeslieVegan: Vine desde México sólo para tratarme aquí por tener un problema específico con las anestesias.Es el mejor lugar que he conocido.Estoy muy agradecida con el servicio y la atención.
HooliganCM: A++ They got me in and fixed up fast . This is my 2nd visit in 5 years and both went great .super friendly staff and Dr's.. I highly recommend them 👌 👍👍👍🏁
Pamela Saunders: Dr. Erik Zorn and his assistant were excellent. After having concerns with a molar that was crowned by my dentist a year ago, I was referred to Dr. Zorn's office by my dentist. After x-rays were taken at his office, Dr. Zorn showed me the areas of concern and performed a root canal on the day of my initially scheduled appointment. Within 24-hours, my tooth felt normal again. HALLELUAH! Thank you to Dr. Zorn and his assistant for saving my molar and bringing my tooth back to its "normality!" The reason for my 4-star review was due to the fact I had to wait over an hour to be seated by Dr. Zorn's assistant. Having an appointment scheduled for 10:45 am, I was finally called from the waiting room around 11: 55 am. Outside of the wait time, I was very happy with Dr. Zorn, his assistant, and the few other associates that I had communicated with prior to and after my appointment. No one likes to go down the root-canal path, but believe me, once the work was over, I would highly recommend Dr. Zorn if one is needed. Thank you again, Dr. Zorn.
Cassidy Oonk: I saw Dr DeYoung at Endodontic Specialists for a root canal retreatment and it was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had at really any medical professional in a while. He was so kind, caring, and spoke in such a way that kept me calm, and I have a lot of anxiety when going for any dental procedure, so that’s saying something. He listened kindly to all of my dumb questions that I had to muster up courage to ask, because usually when I ask questions it seems like doctors internally eye roll. I had none of that feeling with him! He calmed my nerves and listened patiently to my questions. Even though a root canal is not a pleasant experience in and of itself, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, which I haven’t felt like in the past for dental procedures. I hopefully will never need another root canal or dental procedure like this, but if I do, I’d travel far and wide to come here again to Dr DeYoung. Thank you!!
Americanpatchandpaint 517.812.5169: Absolutely the best dentist, had a root canal done on my back molar and I've had cavities filled by other dentists that hurt more than the root canal done by Dr. Zorn. Zero pain and the whole process was like 10 minutes. It's so impressive when someone is that great at their profession.
Christopher Smith: I was greatly impressed with Dr Zorn. He was cordial and informative, asked several times if I was ok or in pain. His assistant was very sweet and very professional. Zero complaints.
Autumn Kelso: My daughter unfortunately needed a root canal at age 10. She was in a lot of pain. I called everywhere in my home town the day we left the dentist after finding out what she needed done. Nobody could get her in for months! Endodontic Specialists got her in that day! They were genuine and caring and my baby didn't have to wait... At all! They really are amazing!!
Sara Afzal: The best care, best root canal and the most friendliest staff i ever had experienced. The dentist is well professional and so sweet. God bless this place. I wish i could give more views to this place. Such a neat and clean place full of professional and sweet people. I had a low bp they gave me snacks, crackers and juice for free.
Chris Smith: Great group of people all around. It was Friday and of course my dentist is closed along with every other dentist in the area. My tooth was hurting so bad it was making me sick and I had gotten about 2 hrs of sleep in the last 3 days, nothing was helping. I called at about 2pm praying they’d be able to help me out, especially since my dentist was closed and I didn’t have a referral. Thank the lord Dr, DeYoung let me come in and was able to see me. He did a root canal right away and did an amazing job along with his assistant. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it if he didn’t let me come in. 3hrs after the procedure and I was in bed able to sleep comfortably and make up for some lost sleep.Huge thanks to the receptionist who was kind and caring and helped get me in.
Austin Karlzen: I went in for a routine root canal(as routine as one could be I suppose) early in the morning. They had me sit for a couple minutes while filling out disclaimers and informational paperwork. They called my name and sat down where they verified my info and asked why I was there. They didn't waste too much time beyond hi hello, here hold this Oragel in your jaw for a minute, alright now I'm gonna jab your jaw with numbing chemicals. I sit there for like 3-5 minutes and almost without asking ask how numb is was and immediately got working as if they weren't going to wait much longer if I had said not that much. And away we go. I can now say I KNOW how a bowling ball feels to have new holes drilled into it. The resonance of the cavity created through the drilling process, the subtle drag of the fine tipped tapered drill lightly dragging out of the hole here and there. It's all a bit much. I close my eyes and just try to relax as they drill the bowling ball. Occasionally smelling mildly fowl smelling chemicals as they inspect, document, drilling here and there for details and finally get to filling the holes with temporary epoxies. He informs me the procedure was a succes and asks if I have any questions for him and I say nope. And he walks out of the room with a good bye and thanks for coming in. My face still feels like a marshmallow(about an hour and a half since the completion of the procedure) I was honestly quite happy with the experience. $249 after taxes and insurance is what I paid for copay.
Alexa Zimmerman: I was referred to Endodontic specialist in June 2021 to be evaluated for tooth pain in 6 different teeth on my right side. Within my first few visits Dr DeYoung realized this wasn't a tooth problem but a nerve problem and quickly sent me to a neurologist to start treatment for trigeminal neuralgia. I seen Dr DeYoung probably over 25 times because I couldn't accept the fact that it wasn't tooth pain but nerve pain. Dr DeYoung never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him or a waste of time. He is the most patient and kind Endodontist. I did end up having some root canals to stop the nerve pain and the procedures were not only painless but very quick. His assistants are fantastic and the whole office staff is incredible as well. I hope whoever reading this doesn't need a root canal but if you do this is the place to go! Thank you Dr DeYoung and everyone at Endodontic specialist!
Sarah De Young: I had a crown done with a dentist right before Christmas. After the numbness wore off, I was in constant pain for a week and a half while the dentist’s office was closed. Finally after they reopened after the holidays, they said they wanted to refer me. They referred me to Endodontic Specialists. I was very impressed and happy with how everything was handled from the moment I called and set up the appointment up. They got me in the same day as the referral and did the root canal same day. The staff was friendly and Dr. DeYoung was great. I appreciated how he explained everything before, during and after. He set expectations. The procedure was smooth and I didn’t feel a thing. After the numbness wore off, I already felt better and had very minimal pain, discomfort and sensitivity. I would highly recommend and use them again for myself in the future.
Philip Lee: Dr DeYoung and his staff and the office staff are awesome people. They took care of me on an emergency root canal. They walked me through everything, we're kind, professional, courteous and fun. They have my full endorsement for any work to be done 👍

DeYoung Erik D DDS: what do users think?
Chris Smith: This Dr. knows what he’s doing. Very fast and professional, would go back to him every time. Thanks again doc for seeing me on short notice and getting me taken care of.
Kimberly Guzman: Dr. DeYoung is a great endodontist! He was super nice and caring while doing an EMERGENCY root canal procedure scheduled the same day. Always making sure I was not in pain and making sure to add more local anesthetic if I flinched a little, always asking me if I am feeling okay. 100% recommend and would go back to him. 10/10!!!
Cathy Smolinski: Dr. DeYoung is an amazing endodontist! I had to have a root canel and was definitely nervous. His soft spoken way calmed me, as he walked me through the whole process. He and his staff was very professional!! His office was meticulous. He certainly beyond a 5 star rating!! He's the best!
r wright: Worked me in schedule today(02/07/2020).emergency root canal took 45 minutes. 6 hours later pain free.Thank you!
xia jia: He told me my tooth was split and told me to take it out. After I took my tooth out, no one can see where is the split. It was a healthy tooth. I have to spend big money to do the implant.
Sarah Stone: Dr. DeYoung is the best I’ve ever seen! He explained the procedure step by step! He also did an amazing job of relieving my anxiety by going along with my nervous humor and making jokes with me! He was fast and efficient! Amazing staff and an overall fantastic experience!
Adam Griffis: Professional to--almost--a fault. The work on an old root-canal was done quickly and precisely. The support staff were knowledgeable and effective. The office was very well-apportioned and the examination rooms were spacious with tons of light from the 2nd floor windows.
matt richardson: Had to have a root canal performed according to my general dentist. Was referred to an endodontist and ended up with Dr. DeYoung doin the procedure. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, DeYoung described each step he took in the process and had me in and out of the chair in a timely manner. I highly recommend visiting him and his friendly staff if necessary.

Samuel R. Epley, DMD: what do users think?
Jeff K: Hands down the best!!! 10/10
Brandon Mills: I just had a root canal. Typically have a difficult time with being fully numb, but no issues. No pain, and it took less than 40 minutes paperwork included. Super gentle and explains exactly what's going on. Also provides great mouth rest for TMJ patients.
Samira Sufi: I have been to him two times for a retreatment and an actual root canal and honestly it was the best experience ever! Felt no discomfort like I normally would from my previous dentist. He is super kind, calm and does a great job. I would definitely recommend going to him. Best experience!
Jennifer Wagoner: My dentist was on vacation when my molar decided to give me extreme pain and problems. They quickly referred me to Dr. Epley who got me in the same day! He was calm and thorough and I didn’t feel a thing. He did a fabulous job and I’m very thankful he was able to fit me into his schedule!! His assistant Nicole was very helpful and his entire staff was professional. Thank you Dr. Epley!!
Cynthia Lang: My husband had root canal and during and after had absolutely no pain or discomfort, Office very prompt and no waiting time. Great experience and highly recommend.
Michael Smith: Just had a root canal done. I'm still numb in the mouth, but I just have to write a review because there's no reason for him to have so few. I've had fillings that were far worse than the root canal I got today. Another review said that he got "robbed in the lobby" but it's not getting robbed if you're getting all the bang for your buck!Would recommend to literally anyone trying to get a root canal with absolutely zero pain. Dr. Epley was super responsive to my requests and the one time I felt pain (wasn't even that much) he immediately gave me another shot that I didn't even feel and the whole thing was over in less than half an hour. Excellence!
Kourtney Schipper: I was referred to him for a possible root canal, the infection was bad though and I couldn’t actually save the tooth. I completely respect the fact that he did not perform a procedure that would just be a very temporary fix and referred me somewhere else to truly address the issue. If I ever need his talent In the future, I will for sure ask to be referred to him!! Office staff were also very kind!
B&B G: Not only is Dr. Epley painless with his root canals, his ability to communicate, staff, from start to to finish are excellent.I have had 3 root canals over the years and have had ZERO problems, nor have I had any pain during or after.I dreaded a root canal, having heard so many horror stories over the years.Dr. Epley is incredible.
Kathy Smith: Great dentists and staff in a pleasant atmosphere. I have been here a few times and have anxiety about root canals. They make their patients feel at ease.My husband had a painful dental emergency and they got him in right away and were so reassuring!
Katrina Hayes: My husband said his appointment was pain free and SO quick! He was very impressed and would highly recommend Dr. Epley and his team!
Kim Weicht: Dr. Epley and his staff are AMAZING! They are personable, professional and so very kind! They go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Zero wait time which made me feel like they value my time as much as theirs. My root canal was pain free and done quickly. I highly recommend this Specialist!

Greater Lansing Endodontics: what do users think?
Darrell Soukup: Excellent treatment by Dr. KEVIN MULLIN. He and staff are very sensitive to my time and explain procedures clearly. Highly recommended!
Matthew Shileikis: Dr. Mullin is amazing at what he does. His staff are super nice and very professional. The fish tank in the middle helps relax you. Would recommend any dental you need done to go here.
Jessica Stewart: Office staff is wonderful and super polite. Dr. Mullins is probably the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. Treated me rude when I did not understand their office procedure and walked away from me yelling, "OH MY GOSH"! Truly unprofessional. Cannot believe a professional would treat a client that way.
Ashley Harton: Absolutely one of the best in our area. Dr. Mullin and his team are fantastic! Dr. Mullin has the best chair side manners. He takes his time explaining, listening, and making sure you’re comfortable. Thank you to you and all your wonderful staff 😁
Megan Hammes: I have never had such a great experience. A very kind staff that walk you through each step and make sure your comfortable and know what to expect.Super clean and relaxing environment.Dr.Mullin does amazing work. Didn’t feel a thing and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.I can’t recommend them enough. Root canal is not fun but they made it such a great experience.
Jourdan Weage: What an awful experience. My girlfriend went in on referral from her dentist because of a botched root canal from several years ago. Our visit was initially very pleasant, the receptionist was nice and friendly but things quickly took a turn after we went back into the actual room and met Dr. Mullins who also initially seemed pleasant and professional until he actually started speaking to us.Upon telling him what the issue was he told us “today is just a consultation” after we were assured that the procedure would be performed today by not only her dentist, but also the receptionist we spoke to at the time of confirmation. He then proceeded to badmouth the dentist that REFERRED us to him, literally putting money in his pocket. After this he told her that her cracked crown and botched root canal “looked beautiful” and that he was unsure of what brought her in. He then proceeded to dig around in what was clearly an infected tooth and while she was writhing in pain, crying, and squeezing my hand hard enough to turn it white, after I told her he was hurting her he told us that there’s no reason she should be in pain and insinuated that it was purely nerves. Meanwhile tears are streaming down her cheeks.Beyond that he asked her if she had ever been awake for a dental procedure before (she has, all of them) and told her that based on what he saw, she basically wasn’t tough enough to be awake during dental work and that she “couldn’t handle it”.To top it off he told her that despite the fact that her tooth could be saved, and despite the fact that every other professional opinion we sought urged her to keep the tooth and reseat another crown after a correctly performed root canal from an endodontist, he told us that the tooth wasn’t worth trying to save and that she should just have it extracted. So in the end I received a bill for unnecessary x-rays and to watch my girlfriend squirm in pain while the doctor ignored her signs of discomfort completely and made no attempt to try and make her comfortable. We have told the dentist to stop referring people there and I would recommend seeking a different endodontist for your needs.
Mariah Martin: Once when I went in the office Dr. Mullin said I looked like Candace Owens. What to him was probably a harmless comparison made me uncomfortable as a patient. For one I look nothing like Candace Owens and number two Im black. If 87% of black people are democrats then what is the likelihood that I would feel some type of way being compared to a woman that spits that type of rhetoric? I could say Dr. Mullins looks like the dad from Family Guy but would that be wrong? I am not saying he is racist, but I will say that he and his office could use some training in cultural competency and implicit bias. Migroagressions are harmful in many ways and his “harmless” comparison affectively created a patient-doctor disconnect. I never went back again.
_marie_ “bill”: Dr. Mullin was amazing! I have serious anxiety about the dentist, and I wish I could get all of my dental work done here. Dr. Mullin made me as comfortable as possible and his staff really care; they called to check in after every appointment, and were the nicest assistants/receptionists I've ever dealt with. When my eyes weren't squeezed shut the fish tank was a neat distraction too :)
Michael Lothschutz: Fast, efficient, friendly, personable. And, Kevin will explain everything until you understand fully. Highly recommended.
Bryan Kaylor: Amazing staff, great dentist, pain-free root canal. They got me in next day, and I drove over an hour to have them do my root canal. All staff was EXTREMELY accommodating, Patricia at the front desk took care of me like I was her son, Dr. Mullins was knowledgeable, fast, and very accommodating. THANK YOU for making my first root canal experience easy and pain-free.
Avelino Ortiz III: I visited here as a new patient today and was very pleasantly surprised with how quick and efficient my appointment was, how modern and professional the office is, and how wonderful Dr. Kevin and his team was to work with! All of my questions were answered and I felt very reassured and safe during my visit. I don't think anybody likes going to the dentist or Endodontist, but I can confidently say I had an enjoyable experience here. Thank you, Dr Kevin and your team for the work you do!
Carina Alvarez: Was looked at and told they couldn’t find a problem with my crown when I clearly do have a problem and was told that I had to pay more to get another exam to look further and was not guarantee an answer
Josh Lasky: Like most people the dentist is not my favorite place to go. I would highly recommend Greater Lansing Endodontics to anyone. From the moment my appointment was scheduled the office staff made me feel like I was their top priority, they called several times to check on me and see how I was doing before and after my appointment. The Dr. made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure and repeatedly asked if I was ok during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Mullin and his staff.
Em H: my teeth are basically made of plaster. They have always been weak and decay quickly. It is depressing the amount of care my teeth need and, I’ll admit, I don’t always take care of them like I should. It is difficult to keep caring for my teeth when I always have cavities no matter how will I care for them.In saying that, I have had a lot of root canals. Every single one of them has been done at Greater Lansing Endodontics. Now I can’t say that all of my dentists were great or that I want to go to the dentist but when it comes to getting root canals Dr.Mullin is so talented that I kind of enjoy my visits. There is no pain, he gets the work done quickly, and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Thanks for another flawless root canal. Too bad your work can’t been seen by the average joe.
Kent Specht: They were extremely professional and thorough. I never would have said this in the past. It was a pleasant experience with little to no pain.
Ivan Keener: Amazing experience. I have had 5 root canals and this place is the best. No pain, No sore jaw, No bad lip from the suction. People are very pleasant. My only regret is that I did not find this hidden gem until now.
Suzanne Medawar: The name of this place should be the GREATEST Lansing Endodontics. Dr. Kevin Mullin and staff. My root canal was done within 10 minutes without any discomfort. Went back to work with no pain. I cannot thank you enough. Dr Mullin, for your gentleness and kindness. Your awesome staff is as kind as you are. What a great experience!
Michael D. Picciano: IT'S A SMALL WORLD!Well during a procedure I had a cavity close to my gums and when it was filled some bacteria was able to get into the root. Causing great pain. I was being seen at the Lansing VOA Delta Dental Clinic and they told me that I needed a root canal. Having incredible pain I was not able to focus on anything. I heard of Dr. Mullin but was told he was not a VA participant at that time I prayed to have good care and relief of pain. After a few hours between the VOA and the VA. An appointment was set for me at the Greater Lansing Endodontics. I came in for my 10am appointment. filled out the forms. Was mesmerized by their 6000 gallon Marine Aquarium. I noticed on a sign that Dr. Mullin was at this location. I was ecstatic, but then there was that scary procedure of a notorious root canal. His technician zipped me though x-rays and prepped me for the procedure. Dr. Mullin came in with a big smile and introduced himself to me. Making me feel very at ease. We spoke about my military background and as the conversation went on we discovered that both his brother and I were at boot camp at the same time. Went to the same Nuclear Academy in Orlando, Fl and went to the same Propulsion School in East Hartford, CT. Well in his ultra modern exam room, he sat down and check out my infected tooth. He examined my x-rays on a 55" High Definition Screen. Made a course of action and started my root canal therapy. The root canal took less than five minutes plus he added ten seconds. So many forces in this world and I was able to get an appointment with the best Endodontic Doctor in the US. This man is really incredible. Turns out he is a preferred and only Endodontic the VA uses in the Lansing area. While leaving I was chatting with his front staff and told them how incredible this doctor was and they stated giggling while nodding their heads in agreement. They told me that Dr. Mullin has completed over 200,000 root canals. Now he has 200,001.This facility is top notch, customer centric, patient caring as well as taking great care of their employees. They have the latest in technology. This is not the dentist I went to as a child or in the military. This was an experience, like going to the Baltimore Aquarium. The ties that bind me to the Greater Lansing Endodontics are great. While I went there not knowing I would have Dr. Mullin as my provider. I didn't get a chance to tell him that in Atlantic City I had a company called Sea Scapes Living Art. A marine aquarium maintenance company. This place was like heaven for me. I wish I were younger and less disabled. I would have loved to have worked on his aquarium.Thank you Dr. Mullin and Staff for making this veteran smile. I will see you in a month.I am sending a picture.I am in the second row from the topSecond person from the left.Is your brother in here?
Nathan Witt: The entire staff treats you well and takes great care of you from the minute you walk in the door. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist office. However, that said I absolutely trust Dr. Mullin and his staff to take great care of me any and every time I come in.
Karli Withee: Had a great experience. The staff was kind and caring. They got me in for an emergency appointment. They made my first root canal experience go smoothly and were very caring in the whole process. I felt well taken care of!
North Westminster Presbyterian Church: I recently had a root canal done by Doctor Mullins. At my first appointment, everyone was very friendly and things went great. When I came back for my follow up and the second part of the root canal, they were about 30 minutes behind schedule. The doctor and staff were not very pleasant. I felt my procedure was rushed, and there was a certain lack of care. When I took my bra off later that evening, I found a sharp little drill piece (white plastic end with a sharp "twisted" side I believe use for drilling) had fallen into my bra and punctured and created a small tear in my very expensive prosthetic breast. I send a letter with the piece in it back to his office. Here we are over two months later, and still NOT A WORD from his office. I told my dentist at a recent visit what had happened. He called Dr. Mulllins, (who said he would make this right), and I also called Doctor Mullins office TWO WEEKS after he spoke to my dentist and I still never heard back from his office. Needless to say, I am disappointed with Greater Lansing Endodontics, and would not refer to them to anyone.

Endodontic Specialists: what do users think?
Yvonne Walker: I was there a few months ago and the Dr. was good. The assistant was friendly and helpful. However, they never really helped with the pain and it was excruciating. I just went and had my tooth pulled. The front staff was VERY RUDE.I would not be writing a review, however, my daughter has been in pain for weeks she called many dentist offices to get help. (She does not have great insurance) In the midst of her pain she has to worry about the cost. She was told that she would have to pay over $1000 upfront so she declined the emergency visit. She went to another dentist that she could afford and there were complications that only an endodontics can do. The dentist office called Endodontic Specialist to get Emergency treatment for my daughter and she was told that she could get an appointment but not as an emergency, because she declined the first emergency appt. She would not be able to get in to see the dr. until the end of May. I have never heard of such a thing. What difference does it make that she declined the first visit? She did not have $1000. I would not recommend.
Eddy Lugo: After not going to the dentist for over a decade due to fear I finally caved when I started having extreme tooth ache pain. This office was able to squeeze me in for a same-day root canal as a high priority patient due to the pain. I was very pleased with my overall experience. The nurses and doctors showed that they cared and addressed all of my concerns/questions. During the procedure the doctor was efficient, gentle, and reassuring. Definitely would recommend! I no longer fear the dentist thanks to these professionals!
Katie Clinkscales: I mentioned a previous very bad experience with dental work (at a different dentist completely) and the Dr. was very careful to make sure this was nothing like it. Fast and very efficient and I am truly grateful and happy I went here! Dr. Zorn did my root canal and I swear he has the magic touch. I didn't feel a thing, not even the needle to numb me.... most the time that part is painful too but nope! He is amazing truly the best.
Debby Forbes: Though difficult to find, the effort is well worth it. Dr. Epply and his staff are very skilled and caring. Your comfort is foremost for them. Dr E explains very thoroughly what and why. During procedure, he always said "please" when asking his assistant for items. His voice was very calming.
Billie Sanko: The only positive thing I can say was his work was effective! He was interrupted three times by other staff to look at an X-Ray on a tablet, each time leaving the tools in my daughter's mouth while turning his head (For $1100 I would think my daughter should've been his current priority since the process didn't take very long). No reassuring words by he or his staff to my cognitively impaired daughter. I've never been in a office where they don't keep saying youre doing great as well as ask if youre ok. He dropped the instrument on her head and never apologized, although he did ask if she was OK. He was changing the instrument heads over my daughter's mouth.... Glad it didn't fall off into her mouth because she would have choked. He discarded his gloves while leaving our room and I watched as he went in the next room and put on new gloves, skipping the handwashing step. The other Endodontic location was GREAT! This one, save your time, money, and health. I asked to speak with someone about my experience and she suggested I leave a review for the public to see. WELL, here it is! :(
Karen Lockhart: I had an appt. with Dr. Zorn today to get 2 root canals, one on each side. He and his assistant were awesome, very efficient, kind and professional. The only slight pain was getting numbed but it wasn't bad at all and my mouth is super sensitive. No pain after that!! I could not be happier!! I was in constant pain for MONTHS, so I am very thankful they made this experience as painless as possible. The lady at the desk was also very nice and helpful. I also asked ahead of time about prices, cuz common sense, so there were no surprises.
Jeff Spitzley: It’s been over 10 years since my last root canal, The experience at Endodontics Specialsts was amazing. Dr Zorn and his staff were efficient, friendly, and my root canal was very comfortable with minimal pain.I was out of the office within an hour. Today is my second day and I have no pain and I am able to chew and eat food easily. I would highly recommend this group of professionals.

Dr. Kevin T. Mullin, DDS: what do users think?
Erin Sabatino: Dr Mullins is a great doctor. He's honest, down to earth and has a great team of individuals working with him. I was referred to him by my dentist after a recent crown got reinfected. Dr. Mullins corrected the issue. His receptionists called me several times to make sure I was doing good and did their best to communicate with insurance to help get coverage. I would definitely trust Dr. Mullins in the future and feel confident knowing that I'm in good hands.
Kota Bumpus: i higly recomed dr.mullin and his staff. they were so kind and caring. yhis was one of the best experiences i've ever had. The fish tank was a plus
Brenda Burtch: Dr. Mullin and his entire staff was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Mullin did a great job explaining the whole process. He did a great job with both my procedures and in such a timely manner. A very warm and welcoming environment.

Cinthia Fox: I got to dr Mullin’s office in a lot of pain, he worked very fast on a root canal in my tooth and helped me with the problem, he’s a very good doctor, all the staff were very kind and helpful! Darcy explained me all the procedure and was very kind to me, I would recommend dr Mullin 100 times, he worked so fast and good on my problem and made me feel confortable, I feel a great relief now thank you so much for helping me!
Sean Redman: Without a doubt the best dentistry experience I have ever had! Very friendly environment with extremely educated staff members from top to bottom. I will not be seeing anyone else for my endodontics concerns from here on out!
April Keckler: Dr. Mullin is excellent at what he does. He truly cares about his patients! Your not just another number. His staff is super friendly, they call to check on you, and truly care how you are doing. I highly recommend his office for dental procedures. I just wish he did more procedures. Because honestly I would pick him, every time. He’s funny, and truly cares. Thank you for everything!
Tracy Wade: Dr Mullin, Darcy and all of his staff are outstanding and have helped me with my tooth extraction for a fracture and prep for an implant. They explain everything carefully and check on you after the procedure to make sure you are doing well. I wouldn't hesitate to have any further endodontic treatment here for myself or my family. I had no discomfort during all my procedures so far. The office fish tank and music help you relax while you are there.
TeTe: They are very professional. The staff is awesome, always greeting you with a smile, they call and check on their patients. Never had this happen with a dentist office. They make you feel great, the Dr is awesome, explains everything and you feel no pain. If I could clone this whole office I would put them in every dentist office they deserve 7 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Chuck Franks: root canalDarcy and Dr Mullins did super job
Laurie Schrader: I saw Doctor Kevin Mullin D.D.S.- 10-3- I had to have a root canal and he finished what my dentist couldn’t do, he is outstanding and funny 😁. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a root canal. Darcie helped him and she’s beautiful 😍 and caring. The staff are outstanding. Go Blue. Patricia go green and white. I’m a UofM fan, but I’ll root for MSU as long as they don’t play my UofM in football!” This was my first root canal. Keep up the outstanding job. Everyone stay safe and healthy! Thx for caring!
Pam Westphal: This may be a bit lengthy but please read to the end. I have been in and out of dentist offices since I was a little girl. I had the old silver braces that went all the way around your tooth and the back ones were very rarely removed and my teeth cleaned. So I ended up with a lot of cavities in the back of my mouth.I hate needles!!!! I have never visited a dentist that did not hurt me!! Dr. Mullins numbed my mouth and for the first time in my 62 years, I did not feel anything! He performed a tooth removal and the first stage of an implant. I highly recommend him, his wonderful staff, and amazing office to everyone💜
Nina Dibble: Amazing staff and experience.. I had a tough situation and they knew exactly what to do. Dr. Mullin is kind, gentle and has a great bedside manner. Darcy is a rockstar!!
Megan Hammes: The staff there are so kind and helpful. Dr Mullin was so genuine and through about the treatment and all options. I would never go anywhere else! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!

Cecilia Coleman: I was very pleased at the service I received and the professional attitude of the staff. Dr. Mullins made me feel safe and comfortable with the procedure that he was doing and explained as what to expect! I would highly recommend him and his staff for a blessed experience! Thank you all and thank Dr. Grady for sending me to you!
shelby ledford: Had to get a difficult root canal done. After multiple xrays and a CT, Dr. Mullin wasn't sure how much pain I would feel since the tooth was very close to a nerve in my jaw. Luckily for me, he said he would try. I only felt a little discomfort but it was definitely worth it. I was tender but the pain that I had been dealing with was totally gone. I have recommended Dr. Mullin to a few of my friends and coworkers. Everyone at this office was so nice and understanding. Thank you!!!
SJMacksood: Dr. Mullin and staff are all very outgoing and personable, as well as totally professional ! Using laser technology the root canal was painless and super efficient time -wise, while enjoying watching the starfish in the huge aquarium and listening to upbeat music in background ! Totally recommend to anyone who needs endodontic assistance....5 stars all the way !
Sherri McCleese: I have had some bad experiences with dental work in the past, which has given me an extreme fear of root canals. Dr. Mullin and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They are caring, understanding and work with you so that you can be as calm as possible. I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do, his is the only office I will go to!
Joanne Leeke: I had a root canal with Dr. Mullins. Dr. Mullins was very personable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My root canal was quick and I had no pain afterwards. Everything needed to be done was done in one visit.
Adam Carey: Very knowledgeable, quick and a funny and easy going experience would definitely recommend and go again
