James Hays: Old gastro office I went to almost killed me, this office has been good and I got diagnosed and medicated. There were a lot of paperwork issues with my colonoscopy and slow communication so they should work on streamlining that process

Danielle Schillman: Staff is amazing and caring. The providers are extremely caring and truly care about their patients. They just opened in November so I feel like the bad reviews need to be taken lightly, as they are still getting the new practice up and running and are trying to hire more staff. This shouldn’t be held against them, just be patient and you’ll be under great care.

Era Resuli: Someone never sent over my paperwork to get my colonoscopy done. I did all the prep work the day before (if you've ever had a colonoscopy, you know how exhausting this is) just to be told by the other place that I didn't have an appointment and they didn't take my insurance. When I told MSU Gastro about this, they said, "Sorry, we'll give you a call back when we find another place to do it" and that was it. Still no call back and I definitely don't plan on coming back here.

Aa: Calls take forever to be returned. Wait times when you are calling and are the next caller take over 25 minutes for someone to pick up the call.

Auction Fan: Getting in you need to be referred no matter if you already have a gastric condition. Listen to your patients.

Alan Hahn: I have seen Dr. Lisa since about 2008. I am very pleased that she is back in Lansing/East Lansing at MSU. I have other doctors at MSU, one I have seen since 1988, continuity and coordination of doctors who can read records of others easily is best for my numerous medical care needs.The office staff at MSU Gastroenterology are patient and very helpful.I suggest to those who posted negative reviews, that they have ALL other doctors they see for any medical need send records to this office and its staff to help aide in understanding your health concerns, before you go there. An office visit is not the best place to relate your full medical history. Rather, it is best only to relate current concerns the doctor you are seeing treats.I have peen permanently and severely disabled for 34 & 1/2 years, so I know what I am talking about.Patients need to be patient just as much as MSU medical staff always are.

Jeff Taylor: PA knew nothing about was going on. Would not listen to our concerns. Was passing the buck to the scheduler it was a mess.
