Lisa Schultz: My first and only experience using The Ticket Machine will be my last. I could have used a nationally known company, however wanted to use a local company to support the community. What a mistake! Had purchased 5 tickets as Christmas gifts for my family to experience our Michigan State Spartans men's basketball game.I had been notified via email there was to be an email coming to be, I would have to download the info and print the tickets (how about investing in upgrading your technology). I never received the email, so I called the number on the email. Was told the email would be sent right away, which it didn't. Took 15 minutes after making another call to their office. Once I printed the tickets, noticed the price was $26/ticket and I was charged $122/ticket!I called the office the next day and asked to speak to Brian Posey/CEO of The Ticket Machine. He called me back 3 days later! When I explained what happened and asked for some sort of compensation, he laughed and said "In the scheme of things, 15 minutes and a phone call is not an inconvenience and I simply didn't understand the secondary ticket market". Told him I had used several ticket resellers and have never been treated so terribly and financially taken advantage of!One way I can keep this from happening to someone else, is by posting this review. Our time is of value, so don't waste it on this company!
