Poll2 Dock: Definitely one of the companies I will use again and again. Excellent work. Above and beyond on grading and putting new gravel on my large driveway/parking area.Rarely do you find this much care about their work and cleanup. No gravel in grass and even removed weeds. Plus such nice folks. 🌸Wish I could give more stars.

Doug Krum: So glad I called Family Grade and Gravel after a frustrating experience with a different company. Mark and Lori graded, leveled and filled 2 bases with limestone for out-buildings being constructed off-site and delivered. I can't say enough good things about the experience. They had both bases completed in one day and worked until dusk to get it done. They responded very quickly to all my texts and phone calls. Great people, easy to work with and fair prices. It's such a relief to know who I'm going to call when I need grading done now. Already planning on having them back for some additional work. Highly recommend.

He was extremely thorough and ended up not only making a return trip to drop more limestone, but also did a lot more excavating and work than initially planned and didn't charge me a cent more than his original estimate. We appreciated that Will took time with us on the phone to discuss the problem, potential causes, and our options for fixing it. As new homeowners keen on getting a good handle on the WHAT, WHY, and HOW of the problem, we valued his patience in answering the many questions we had. The team of two that Will sent over were professional and courteous in explaining what they were seeing and were forthright in what they were not sure of, for example, the substance that had caused the clogging of the filter. We also really appreciated Will’s flexibility with the fee for dispatching his team, diagnosing the problem, and taking care of the clogging. Katrina: I called them as soon as they opened and explained the issues my septic tank was having and within 1 hour Adam and his partner was here to evaluate what issues were happening. They were able to give me a price on the spot and fix everything straight away. It was a fair price, they were very professional, and explained everything to me step by step.
