I spoke with Sandy the Director! She was so cordial and volunteered to contact Humana Medicare Advantage and transfer all of my Prescriptions to the MSU Health Care Pharmacy! She called and left me a voicemail that She had successfully had all of the Prescriptions transferred! It only took her two hours and I was amazed and so appreciative! The Pharmacist's are so very kind and take time no matter how busy they are if you have any questions you need answered! Two Pharmacist's Amy and Nicole have gone out of their way and been absolutely Fantastic!!! Amy for the second time saw one of my Prescriptions that I might have a problem with and so wanted to bring it to my attention! I was so very appreciative! I haven't received this excellent treatment from any other Pharmacist's from Meijer's, Krogers andCVS!!! Thank you kindly for doing such great jobs you are greatly appreciated!

She should learn how to not make people feel bad when you are a pharmacy tech and should learn how to speak to people. I never leave reviews and I am over this meijer pharmacy because of her. Just so you are aware!

Seriously, save yourself the gas and time and go anywhere else. I love Meijer for groceries and general service, but will not be returning there for prescriptions.

Liz: I have had issues with this pharmacy nearly every time I have gone in the last couple years. I'm not sure why I kept going but this time was the most infuriating.I went to the pharmacy and dropped off a prescription. I told the pharmacy tech that I knew it was not covered by my insurance but I had a coupon and wanted it filled anyway. He checked the coupon and told me it would work. He said they did not have it in stock so to come in the next day to pick it up.The next day around 4:30 pm I still had not heard from the pharmacy so I gave them a call. The tech was rude to me and said "Well, we tried to contact you earlier." I don't have record of this on my phone. She said the medication is not covered by your insurance so we need to get prior authorization to fill. I told her the exact same thing I had told the tech the day before. She tells me, we have to order it, it'll be in tomorrow.I am incredibly frustrated by this lack of communication and rude customer service. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. My medication is an antibiotic and I would prefer not to prolong my discomfort due to avoidable situations.
