X. RAO: MSUFCU has been fully remodeled Spring of 2023 with no counter and no physical line. Very clean and feel spacious.One Can make an online appointment or sign in as walk in. Waiting area has several sofa. Usually the wait time is not long.Each banker has a office and desk. The office is quite open with glasses in between.There are always ATM and drive through lines. Parking is easy.

S J Miller: Location: 1775 Central Park Dr, Okemos. Smaller bldg location. Still have greeter and tellers. Was able to walk in to teller and back out in less than 5 mins. Hopefully this location will not become newly electronically rennovated. We all experience long "phone trees" and other electronic voices and glitches. Usually simpler, people based service, is faster and more efficient. Many businesses seem eager to embrace any and all automated electronic rennovations. Electronic business practices are not necessarily "better" customer service.

James Jabara: I am a member and I checked in with them in to see about borrowing $15,000 to buy a 2016 travel trailer. Found out they are a real RIP OFF charging 6.9 % on a 60 month loan. They operate under the guise of a low cost community credit union....But they are no different than Chase and 5th 3rd really. How do you think they pay to build those big buildings and pay management large salaries and benefits. Disappointing

It never showed up. next month I called on due date a guy says it never got mailed so he would ship out and I would receive in a few days. 2more weeks go by of course no payment booklet. So a lady from bank calls this morning I told her I haven’t received payment booklet I requested months ago. Asked her if it was mailed. She says “ I’m not the delivery guy “ so RUDE !!! I will be refinancing with a real bank that appreciates the people. Run away from this bank what a JOKE!!!
