Brandi Hughey Saidy: Our company was looking for a new accounting firm. We had several email exchanges and phone calls to go over what we were looking for and needed as far as accounting services. Based on the phone conversation everything sounded great and we were ready to move forward. We asked about the onboarding process, and what was needed. We were told (since we do international business) that part of their services would be outsourced and were awaiting a response from the other company in order to proceed. We waited weeks, checking in every so often. This was in March, and we have never heard back from them. We did go with a different company. However, it would have been nice for them to let us know they weren't interested in working with us, instead of wasting our time.*Update and they never did reach out to us. Be wary of a company that doesn't follow through with what they say.Looks like they deleted the response that said they would reach out.
