The product smells great and he got some on his hands-- it's safe! He gave an honest onsite bid and explained the bulk of our project was not suitable for his process and offered excellent advice and a referral. Timothy Pinckney: I contacted Mr. Sandless to refinish the hardwood floor in my dining room prior to selling my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of Tom, the owner of Mr. Sandless, to my request for service. Within a day or two, Tom came out to my home and provided me with what I thought was a very reasonable estimate. The work was scheduled within a week and I was very pleased with the finished results. The dining room floor was beautifully finished. Prior to contacting Mr. Sandless, I had become very frustrated with trying to find a contractor who would respond to messages or show up when they said they would. More often, contractors provided unreasonably expensive estimates sight unseen or based on photos that I texted. Theresa Fadul: We had an excellent experience with Tom of Mr. Sandless. He did staining of 6 newly installed wooden window frames. He did a fantastic job matching existing window stain colors and tones. He carefully vacuumed/dusted prior to beginning the staining and taped off the windows. He did small parts of the window frames and had us look at and approve the color/tone. He was on time and cleaned up spotlessly. Tom was very nice and professional. There was very little odor involved, and this morning there is no odor at all. I would highly recommend Tom and Mr. Sandless’s services.
