Asha Hope: I usually go shopping at the store but I'm very disappointed. I purchased apples from the store for Thanksgiving dinner a specialty salad that I make. All of the apples were bad and had worms or something in them. I was unable to make the salad on Thanksgiving. I contacted the store not to ask for a refund not to cause any issues but to let them know that they had bad apples. But instead of apologizing or just say I'm really sorry that you had that experience at our store Nicole decided to ask me questions that like if I'm sure they were bad or did I buy them at that store?! Not good customer service I would have preferred if you would have made me feel like a liar. It would have been better Nicole had you been trained properly to respond with "I'm sorry you've had that experience at our store and I'll make sure next time this isn't something you or another customer will have to deal with". That's how you respond to a customer when they have an issue at your store do not accuse them or make them feel that you're accusing them of not knowing where they shopped or if they were really bad.

Kristen Reese: There are good prices on most bulk items. You have to shop around between here and the club stores. Some things are cheaper here, but other things are better at Sam's, Costco, or BJ's. It's definitely easier to shop at than the club stores, and I don't spend an additional $100 on other things!

The salad was huge, the boneless wings were great, and I loved the parmesan fries. The fried pickles, although the portion size was great, they could have been cooked a few minutes longer, we paid extra for meat on the nachos, however; they came out with little meat (unseasoned), little cheese, and a little disappointing. They did bring us more meat but it taste watered down no seasoning.All in all, I would definitely go there again I will just not order certain food items.

I especially loved the veggies and they perfectly complemented the meat — the carrots were particularly perfect. The meat itself had that perfect grilled taste and the flavors were sweet, charred and well balanced. Can't wait to try more and the owner is super great!
