Eat at State: what do users think?
M P: Quality has tanked and prices have gotten insane
Anderw Koren: Always have a good experience at the Shaw dining hall. The wait staff are friendly and the food is great. They've had some amazing steak and pork, and they make their pizza in-house. Also, good scrambled eggs
Bill Wehrwein JR: Great food! See how college students eat. Mingle with Them!
Brooke: Dining halls are consistently not opening for lunch at their scheduled time. I have a tight schedule and am an off campus student. I have to eat around 10:30 or I miss my chance to eat lunch at all. I keep paying these dining halls money just for me to sit and wait 30 minutes, and then leave on an empty stomach because food is not ready. At the very least I should be able to be refunded and the hours of operation should be updated to reflect the late start times for lunch. I have blown $22 this week alone to just sit and wait in a dining hall and leave not having eaten.
Paul Rinella: MSU has some of the best food in the area. Visit eatatstate.com before to check out the menu at all of the Dining Halls on campus
Dexter: Menus are always wrong. Food quality has gone down in the last 3 years.

Brody Square: what do users think?
Sejuti Dasgupta: True value for money with lots of variety and fresh food.
ldwalton75: I love eating at Brody. Breakfast was really good, although the cook didn't know how to correctly prepare 2 eggs over hard. I also wish there were more workers so that the different stations would be open.
Aditya Patki: Great variety of food at cheap price. Had great time here with friends during the master's at MSU. good old days !!
Laura Galbraith: Great black bean burger and fries. The chocolate chip cookie pie was delicious too. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
Farah Siddiqi: Perfect scenic views all around.Nature 💦
Chen Subramanian: Good food. As a visitor. Disappointed that food service was scaled down for summer term
Usama Dilshad: Great place for food and alot of options for everybody
Got 0 Jams: Biggest dining hall in campus
Dan B: This caf served me and the boys freshman year. Then I worked here sophomore year. Can't complain about either experience. Discovered sushi here for the first time too.
Tonino Pacifico: Beautiful alteration to campus. Turned out great
Waiting On Jesus: It's always been my families favorite place to eat $25 for 2 people on Wed for Dinner
Jennifer Sederlund: Tons of food choices!!
Nancy Spitzley: The food was very good. We enjoyed our time there.
gavin sweet: It had every type of food you can think of and wasn't that much money
Hippias major: Good variety and price even if not on a plan. Easily can satisfy any craving. It's not gourmet but pretty much on par with places that would cost more
Terrance Cox: Brody is a campus gem. The atmosphere is great and design esthetic is wonderful. The bustle of students and faculty lends to it's charm and adds to the university experience. As alumnus it's great to drop in and have a great selection of foods and things to try at any time.
Wesley Wildrick Sr.: Server's weret great. Food was awesome. You can pick whatever you want even cold cereal.
Emily Evans: My experience was awesome
Travis Stockenauer: For being such a big college you would think there would be more food training. Me and the family went there last night. Ended up with real bad food poisoning . Makes me never want to go back there again
Kimberly Dragan-Skutt: A great meal for a great price!
Brandon Piercefield: HUGE selection of food , enormous amount of seating, cleaned maintained well, extremely friendly staff. Not to mention the surrounding outside areas are maintained by the extremely talented MSU landscape team to which I'm apart of lol.

Heritage Commons: what do users think?
Paul Rinella: Great food always here
Brian Keane: the fries are hard and the bacon is floppy
Jordan Buck: It's an average msu cafe
Jada P: Obsessed with lamb
Scott Stoecker: Relative to the other dining halls, this was a bit disappointing. The interior was well-done and kept the classic look of the building, but going at lunch time (even a bit early), the place was very crowded and not many seats were left. There were just a few food stations, and even moving around was slow because of the limited room to maneuver.

South Pointe at Case Hall: what do users think?
C C: Every time when I went to case dining hall there’s this one man at the cashier station who’s always rude.
Mia Mohammadi: Nice place
Island Ewert: Great service and food
Jakob Petrik: The burgers make me want to never eat beef again.
Shafkat Alam Khan: This was one of my favorite places in MSU. I liked it more before covid-19. Food options become limited afterwards. I don't know how the situation is now. Anyway, the staff is very friendly. It was quite cheap. Even after graduating from MSU, I used to grab lunch or dinner from there. Very convenient. I may try this one out, if I ever visit East Lansing.
Steve M.: All around great cafeteria at MSU
Eric small: I love the food here, so much to choose from! The staff is hit or miss- Some are really nice and friendly and others are like "I hate my job so therefore I hate you." Overall great place to go for students to hangout and eat!The only thing I wish they would do is clean the dining hall better. There is dust and food all over the floor which is GROSS!
Mitanshu Pandya: Good food. Good life
Dylan Malta: Food is pretty good but they gave me 2 bottom buns
Desmond Wilkins: Great food and fabulous service
Raymond Lesiyon: Incredible customer service.
FoxProQuinn: Only go here if you've bought a meal plan. For dining halls it's a 4/5, do not go here more then 4 days of the week because everything will become stale to you. You will lose your way of life. You will start getting in to a monotonous rhythm of life. You will regret it. Get out of dorms as fast as possible or your grades and mental life will both inevitably slip down a slippery slope till you regret coming to Michigan state and even going to college. You will look back on your life thinking "Where did I go wrong" and " How can I come back from this" but you never will. Your chances of getting a degree only decrease inversely with the amount of time you spend in the dining hall. GET OUT. BREAK THE SYSTEM. AND NEVER. LOOK. BACK.
Gary Atkins: Wish I was a privileged student that can eat at Case or any of the other cafeterias
Justin Scott: Costs about $11 for unlimited good food, friendly and helpful staff, and a good atmosphere. Wide array of choices and food types, good allergy friendly section, and always some desserts. A great spot to stop by and have a meal
Becky Brewer: I love the freshness and variety at Case. Excellent great lakes features, salad bars, and desserts!
Tom DeWitt: One of the best eating establishments on campus
Jared Surato: I eat here daily and it has many places to choose from so it never gets old
Brendan Hand: Beautiful interior design and the pizza was way better than Brody's
Collin Townsend: Not the best dining hall on campus, the food can be bland but the selection varies wildly. Very convenient to south neighborhood but unfortunately not open for late night. Wilson and Case are definitely the two best dining halls in south neighborhood.
Sung Soo Chung: Wonderful dining hall for students and general public
Andrew Krause: I think this is the best cafe on campus. The great lakes plate is always awesome. And crepes!

Wilson Dining Hall: what do users think?
AcidNeon: Mid but at least there's no business majors
Deebo Bricks: Wilson is a strange place among the MSU dorms, room doors to the ceiling, it feels older than it is (it's still pretty old). While the dining hall is closed, Case has one that is superfantastic, and is practically just outside the door.
Srujan Patil: Rooms are nasty, bugs are everywhere, and it's extremely hot.
Sharded Glass: Bad air conditioning.
Daniel Arévalo: Really clean!
Jared Koekkoek: Very clean and very quiet right now during covid. MSU has opened up a lab for engineering students to print, which is a great thing for us.
Rika Erickson: Great location and updated showers :)
Dylan Kirn: It's a dorm nothing special easy to find and pick someone up.at if you are using google maps.
Ben Mayfield: It's an old dorm, very dirty and the bathrooms are horrendous. The campus water made my stomach sick all the time, it is NOT okay water no matter what they claim
John Pretzell: Nice dorm at MSU
Jon: Good place for freshman to live I guess, but it is pretty far from the main campus area.
Steve M.: Great dorm for many reasons in close proximity fo all campus functions.
UFP AFRICA: Good
Aaron Bennett: I am giving Wilson a 3 because it is in South complex but Holden and wonders are the two best!
Noah Mayes: This is my dorm and as an engineering student it is great
Martin Stokes: Have fun trying to take a shower when no water will come out 🙂
J-M F: Check out the Hive, really nice support students.
Grant McBride: Not as good as holmes hall, EAST CAMPUS!
Collin Townsend: Not a bad place to live. The rooms are small(ish) but are similar in size to the rest of South neighborhood. Suite style dorms are great as long as you're smart and pick your roommate and Suitemates in advance because you'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the bathrooms.
James Abduljaber: Needs help
