Joel Bradley: Ordered a vehicle from this dealership Sept 22' (salesman ordered the wrong color, resubmitted order for correct color) and recieved an email from Ford Motor Company that it was scheduled to be built (including a window sticker with VIN.) Almost 8 months later the vehicle has been delivered to the dealership as of last week and I was told an MSRP almost $2000 over the window sticker that was sent to me from Ford. Was told the original MSRP would not be honored as it was not the same vehicle (only thing changed on the reorder was the color) and on top of that they automatically put a $3750 extended warranty on the bill that I didn't ask for (I had them remove it.)Overall this was the exact opposite of what I expected from such a large and well known dealership. I've wanted one of these little trucks since i first heard Ford was going to make them and this buying experience kind of dashed that excitement.This will be the last vehicle I ever purchase from here and I'll make sure nobody I know goes here for a vehicle either.

samantha armstrong: I bought a Ford Taurus in March, within one week I realized that the drivers side heated seat didn’t work, the right front wheel bearing was going bad, and there was a problem with the gas tank when you filled it with gas. When I purchased the car I bought the warranty that covers a rental vehicle when your vehicle is in service.. I took the car in to the service department (keep in mind, less than a month from when I bought the car) and they didn’t have a rental car available and wouldn’t rent a car to me because I was 20 but had no problem selling me the warranty knowing that I was 20 and was wanting to include this. After everything was looked at and fixed, I still ended up having to pay for all the problems to get fixed even though they CAME WITH THE CAR!!! I requested that they cover all the costs including the deductible since I just bought the car and all these problems came with the car when I bought it and they refused.. when we asked the salesman cameron who sold us the car for some type of help or to see if there is something he could do, he wasn’t any help at all. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy a car or any type of warranty from this company!!! We will not be or purchasing another vehicle from this company again.

I appreciated that he went through everything once we bought the car too so that we felt comfortable understanding all of the bells and whistles. The finance team was kind and helpful as well. If/when we need a car in the future, we plan to seek out Aaron!

Evan Taylor: i went to look at a car they had on the website, i drove from out of town to Owosso, to find out the car was actually in perry about 25 min or so drive, not a huge deal but the website could definitely be more clear. upon arriving i was greeted while i kicked the tires, john was the salesman's name, he said started normal car salesman things like stating "we are actually loosing money selling this car". I'm a certified auto repair technician, so i know how important it is to get a car inspected before purchase. (lift car in the air on a hoist, shake down the front end for loose steering and suspension components. peak at the brake life, also to make sure the under body and subframes aren't rotted out and unrepairable ways. checking paint and body imperfections to see evidence of unreported accidents and damage)so i ask john about having the car inspected by a repair facility, either my choice which was quite a drive so that could be understood. or another shop roughly 3 miles down the road, just a third party that didn't have a interest in the sale, i was informed that they have policy that doesn't allow that you to have in inspected by a 3rd party shop but instead they have them inspected(so the used car saleman is personally making sure they are inspected and tip top shape? what a joke),(i was told i could bring a mechanic to the parking lot so he could look at the car, you cant see anything when its sitting in the parking lot....? thats the idea of taking it to a repair facility where said mechanic has hoists and diagnostic tools and other means of doing a thorough inspection)so you want to try and sell me a car posted for $9999? but you want to add 2 grand in dealer fees and then it also cannot be inspected before i spend 12 grand on a used car? no thank you. i have spent the last 10-12 years in the auto repair industry. i have literally preformed hundreds of pre purchase vehicle inspections on cars for customers. both local and cross country. always recommend it, and i think its a huge red flag if you have a policy to stop someone from making informed decisions. this guy needs to throw away uncle joes used car tactics and try to be a decent person to folks, sad because the car actually looks pretty good, if it didn't have false pricing and questionable tactics.3rd party vehicle inspections are the only way to save yourself from bad purchases. although you may not be able to see everything. you can gather a lot more information to help make the best decision. steer clear of this place. to many places to purchase cars from that don't these shady sales tactics.Update: the very same day i have one of there cars at my shop from a customer looking to purchase a car from them, ironic when john said they have a policy preventing this!?

Brent Butler: Good people, but Ford is insane. I stopped to price out straps for my fuel tank on a 23 year old pick up, which I could not buy at the part store because it was a dealer item only. The parts counter at the dealership even acknowledged Ford was out of their minds, because Ford wanted over 200 dollars for a single strap. When I could get both straps off E-bay for 60 dollars. Take your time and price things out, Ford doesn't have your back and doesn't deserve your business. This wasn't a dealership problem, this was a company problem!
bernie kilmartin: I am new to the area and needed a oil change. Candy was recommended. My fault for showing up after the holiday. The place was packed, only complaint I have is they don't take appointments. First come first serve. Absolutely hands down super professional and the whole experience was very good, everyone there was very nice. I will definitely continue to bring my car here. UPDATE: 11/8/21 Other then taking longer than expected for repairs can't saying anything bad about the service area at Candy. Thanks for always making the trip worthwhile.

Joseph Amaya: 2nd time here. 1st time I came here because Walmart service center lied to my face about tires. . Walmart said all of my tires were leaking including the brand new one i had recently bought. I only wanted 2 repaired. then they said later that only 2 were leaking on the sidewall and they couldn't repair them and were trying to get me to buy 4 more tires. As I went to pick up my van I asked more questions and completely changed it and said the tires were leaking on the bead, so I asked them why they couldn't put bead sealer on it and they said they dont have any. So I told them I'm going somewhere else. . . . So, first time I came her they got me in right away checked all my tires thoroughly even came and asked me which ones were leaking and how fast. . I explained. . . Result? No leaks. Hmmm yep Walmart lied. . .drove the van a week until I could get four winter tires and came here again and they got me in right away. . . Also, they charge less than the tire shop across the street. . . Definitely coming here again. Yes they may take longer but we'll worth it.
