Okay K: UPDATE: it’s taking me 2 years to get this dental work done… TWO YEARS!! I have proof as well. And for those who are like “just come in with patience.” Hun, multiple of us have came with patience. But when it’s taking 2 years, TWO YEARSS, to get simple dental work done, you have nothing but NO PATIENCE.June 2022: I’m giving 2 stars mostly because most of the dental staff/dentist are very nice and understanding, but when it comes to trying to schedule an appointment for anything it’s like they purposely put you to voicemail and never answer. I’ve tried multiple times on my phone and no answer, but as soon as I use a friends phone they do…VERY horrible at getting any message through. Mind you, I’ve been going to this place since I was very little and as an adult now, I’m very fed up. If it’s an emergency or you want to take care of any dental work right away, do NOT choose this place…they are horrible at getting back with you and setting appointments up. Very nice staff though, just not good at getting back with their patients. Takes FOREVER to get an appointment!

Samantha: I had scheduled an appointment months in advance due to them being booked, requested the day off of work even, just for them to call me mid afternoon... Shortly before my appt time... Telling me the hygienist is not in and will have to schedule me a few months out again! Then when asked if this will happen again... They replied " your guess is as good as mine"!

Dana Woodard: I gotten off of chemotherapy had a toothache and was told I had eight cavities as good as I took care of my teeth during chemo I felt in my heart the dentist was having a bad day or either thought she was going to get a Payday thankfully I got a second and had 0 cavities I only needed one old filling replaced from when I was a teenager please make sure you get a second opinion if you feel something in your heart is not right as if I had not been through enough she was not caring about my best interest only about using this opportunity to cash out!

Christopher Nickels: It's hit-and-miss depending On the days I've never had an issue in the medical part when I go to see a doctor but the dental is the worst I got feelings done one time Had a parcel cleaning then just got dragged on for a year and a 1/2 of Off reschedule in me trying to get The rest of the cleaning done and I still haven't had any treatments for that stuff done and I've had 3 feelings get capped open and I have a few missing teeth that got infected that I needed done and they could have done it but they keep Rescheduling me every time I was ready to go in And putting me down as a new patient so I have to wait 3 or 4 months when I needed have my s*** done that day

They do NOT make sure you have your meds, Do NOT give refurrels to go to other Drs that can help you.Make you prove you have medical issues! butthen don't treat you for them.even tho everything is in your chart.The Dr sucks!!! rolls and bats his eyes at you and then dismisses you being in pain..smh I honestly don't know how this place is even still open!!I will never go back to this hole they call a Dr. Office because it surely isn't one!

Sumayyah Abdur Rahman: I went here yesterday and have used this facility a handful of times over the years. I have an unrealistic fear of dentists. No reason. Never had a bad experience. I'm just one of those that fear the dentist so I avoid until I can no longer endure the pain. With that said, arrived at 8:15 a.m. I did not have an appt. Signed in and filled out paperwork. Receptionist said I was second to go back. From that moment on, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes with a tooth extraction. Dr. Moore was fantastic and ever so gentle and kind. I apologize for not remembering her assistant, as she was just as wonderful. Thank you all for your professionalism and compassion.

Sarah Arnold: DISGUSTING. Don't take your kids here, yourself or anyone else. They treated my sister and brother in law like absolute trash. They had an appointment for my niece at 1:40... and ended up just walking out at almost 3PM!!! The "nurse" weighed my niece, left and they waited for the doctor... one came in, realized they had the wrong room and left... they never saw a doctor. This place needs a serious overhaul or just shut down.

lolo ra: The worse clinic. They never answer the phone. The front desk doesn't care about customers. The doctors are the worse, they treat people so bad. Especially the dental . Shortly, very very bad service. One year i call i make appointment, no one answered. And if you go there , they dont let you to enter if you dont have appointment.
