Edward Fitzgerald: If u have bills don’t waste your time with them! Got robbed for yrs was told by 2 other company owners who I showed my pay sheet to!! Not paid for dead head miles don’t let them tell u it’s included it’s a lie!! I’m in the industry 30 yrs longer then anyone working there…Fukn scam artists!! My sister in law is an accountant and she said I was getting robbed and could barely understand the pay sheet! Last load said was so important and it was ready 15 mins after I left well y didn’t they have me go back and get it I was 17 miles away at the truck stop and had 3 days to drive 180 miles!! Had 6 hrs drive time left so plenty to pick up on Friday then back to truck stop and leave Sunday for delivery on Monday! Well the snakes made me pay all that diesel and load go figure 🖕🤥 So many hidden fees not even funny! Run as fast as u can the turn over rate is insane and u will see y if u don’t heed my words! I swear on my mother sister and father’s souls in heaven they are robbing ya…Oh and it’s not 24/7 dispatch that’s a joke!!! 🤣🤣😂🤣🤣😂🤥

Barbara Sweeney: This company has poor values. Puts a co driver in a truck with a driver been with company for over a year and a half. They dont get along. Company takes new drivers word instead of faithful employee. Fires said employee by email and leavs him stranded in dallas tx. Co driver takes off with truck and all of the other drivers possessions including wallet. Been a month and company still wont return these items to the driver. Plus has tried to withdrawal money from his bank account. Shady people

I am giving it 5 stars for the office people being polite and very nice and very professional..... This company has a great foundation but with that being said...... They need to learn that no company will make it only having access to load boards.....The company advertises 24/7, but yet if you call at night they don't answer..... If you don't answer you might be missing freight. average load for a solo is 200-300 miles, you will go from MI to OH Or Ky and back that is basically a solo job here.... with minimal rates.... less mile loads should pay more cause they are low miles...... This place could improve on quality of the loads...... Pay on the loads, and answering the phone at night...... Also I want to give the owner 5 stars he is a great guy...... He has potential of making this company one of the best out there..... I Just hopes he reads my review and takes it to heart and actually reads why I wasn't happy......

Man I been in this country for 14 years i been work for Lot of company's in i go anywhere. Never get declined for this reason I'm legal in this country in i have my authorization work in my ss No reason

Kenny Blackmon: To whomever is looking to get away from Big corporate companies and drive for a Company that is owned by owner operator Fargo transportation is the job for you. I have been driving for Fargo for four months now and I am very grateful for the opportunity I get to go wherever I want. I get to choose what kind of freight I want to haul and get fuel Wherever I choose. My money is deposited into my account on time and if something happens to the truck the owner who is a great guy with a big heart will fix it right away. You will not be disappointed give him a call.

George Koppers: Square one does not have enough freight to keep there employees busy. They will give you a couple jobs so you can pay your lease and insurance and gas then you will sit for 15-25 hours, dispatch will tell you stay were your at then forget about you. + They will bid the jobs and you will not know how much they bid. Pay should be cpm. 495 miles for 316$ payed 225 in gas 91$ profit still sitting 20 hours in WV waiting for dispatch.What's really insulting is there offering 500$ referral bonuses, can't keep us busy now as it is.

Larry Brooks: I didn't mind working here except for the fact I got yelled at when I wanted to get a few hours to sleep. All in all you have to look at it as you're running your own business because in actuality..... you are. Communication was great. Loads got slow but that's the nature of the business. All the other negative reviews must be people who wanted alot for nothing or weren't familiar on how the business works. Like any job, you have to take the good with the bad and strive to be better. I miss working here. I would love to come back to work here. Truck driving isn't what it used to be. Even my wife wants to work here. We both love traveling.Thank you for the offer about coming back but I no longer live in Michigan anymore. I now live in Lafayette Indiana

Timothy Dee: Not enough freight. I know of at least six people that started out with Square One as their first company. I started with them too. They simply do not have enough freight to make it worth while. I was averaging between 700 to 1500 miles per week, running 2 to 3 days out of the week. They're fine, like everyone else, if you're willing to deadhead back to Chicago or Detroit after every load. But if they send you out of the midwest, be prepared to sit or get paid very little on the return trip. I would highly recommend skipping them and going with a bigger company. You'll also save big on insurance costs too!

Benjamin Grulke: N.T.B. is a great place to work in the trucking industry. It is not paradise, but no trucking company is. I was employed for 12 years the first round, and after a long hiatus returned in 2018, and have no intentions of leaving again. Well kept equipment, 3 raises in 3+ years, good dispatchers who work with the drivers, not against them. Best part to show the quality of people that work here? The owners are out there driving just like we are! Kudos! Brother's

P Stanson: I have dealt with Leading Transport Solutions (LTS) twice now and both times my shipment arrived late. Their refuse to keep their business partners informed on the status of the shipment, most likely because they try to avoid the awkward explanation of why the shipment is nearly 6 hours delayed...When we call them for updates, they act as if they are the ones being inconvienenced.Unprofessional, rude and extremely unreliable.AVOID!!!

T B (The Monkey's Uncle): Great service. Picked up a shipment I had held at the terminal. No hassles at all, easy access, convenient hours, very helpful with loading. Very careful in handling items and cautious not to damage my haul rig. I would highly recommend having items delivered here over the option of paying more to have residential delivery.Only complaint is that their online tracking isnt close to accurate. My item never showed being at the terminal, even after the projected delivery date had passed. I suspect the item missed several scans along the way as most of the travel progress made no sense.

Carla Lavery: Absolutely THE BEST trucking company! We receive freight almost daily and the drivers are just the most helpful, knowledgeable, professional people. And we don't have to worry about freight damage. We started requesting that all of our manufacturer's ship materials to us using Old Dominion. If you need to call to schedule a pick up, ask a question, track a shipment, you don't get transferred around.....the first person you talk to will take care of you. Very highly recommend ODF!
Mark A: Was told there would be an hour wait to get me unloaded...no problem..... 2 1/2 hours later they put me in a door.... I shouldn't have to wait this long to be THEIR customer!! I guess things move little slower in the LTL world....

Cynthia Gonzáles: Dean Motor Coach bus 992 May 10, 11,12 2017 was the worst bus driver. We drove in circles like none of the drivers knew where where we were supposed to go. We passed our hotel 3 times, 3 times we drove in circles. It only got worse from there. For those 2 days he was ALWAYS LATE OR NEVER SHOWED UP! We stood in the rain outside for an hour soaking wet with a group of 8th graders on their class trip in Washington D.C. (The rest of our group on bus 1 and 2) we able to go to the scheduled destination. The following day we just NEVER GOT PICKED UP from a scheduled event. So our kids on bus 3 had to walk to their next destination (while bus 1 and 2) rode to our next destination. Did I mention it was RAINING FOR THE SECOND DAY? The driver NEVER says hello or has even apologized to any of us. The kids on bus 3 had to cut seeing something short or eliminate all together due to the the time it took to walk because the driver wasn't there. I hope these kids advocate to their parents and parents reach out to your school. These families deserves some money back for what we paid for. We sure did not get what we paid for by using this Dean's Motor Coach company. Don't use this company or request this driver Nate.
Peter Dederich: Didn't actually take a tour. Pulled into motel to unload and bus pulled up behind us blocking our way out. When unloaded, asked bus driver if he could pull ahead about 10 feet to let us out. He refused simply stating that he has a group to pick up and that he had given us a minute to unload before he pulled up.
