Kaitlin Jackson: My husband was upset at the new policy of not accepting composting material. But when I called to ask questions Eryn and Chris were extremely polite, understanding and helpful in giving me the information I was requesting. Excellent customer service. My husband tells me he likes this place and it's convenience it provides. For them to explain the reasons for the policy change, it made it easier for an understanding. Although my husband was not fond to hear of but can understand it and it helped us be able to conclude we will continue to use the services provided by Lansing Recycling. Thanks Chris and Eryn.

Raman Dhillon: 53 trailer, only 3 docks. You got to back-in from the street. No way you can make a u-turn inside the facility. Nice people in and out.

Hameed Katawazi: Be careful I have rented a 10 yards dumpster for $375 which is I always rent 20 yards for $375 from Canol Dumpster they delivered it on Monday evening, and picked up the empty dumpster with my materials inside of it Monday morning before even that seven days they are saying. I had the worst experience with Lansing Dumpster and Recycling. If you call their Customer service representative they are very rude.My comment is Just for improving our community and people information.Thanks,.
