Art: This Speedway was built on a busy intersection to start with, and now that Amazon has moved into the neighborhood and uses this location to fuel, it is almost always a cluster.The only reason I stopped here this time was a must have situation. I was stuck in the cluster for better than fifteen minutes with people parked on the fuel island inside getting their slurpies and cany bars and never pumping a single gallon of fuel. SMH

rsimms3: Our family has used them for over a decade and it's always flawless service. Even when we forget to check our tank they're able to bring out propane as soon as next day. Highly recommended!
Casey Adams: I called asking if they could recycle 1lb coleman propane tanks and while they don't, they recommended a place that does. I appreciate that type of customer service. Even though I didn't work out as a customer, they were still willing to help. Signs of a good business!

Rebecca Houlihan: I am disappointed with this company and saddened to even write this review. They were my dad’s propane supplier. We lost my dad in April of 2021. In October of 2021 they delivered propane to his house, which I am grateful for. However, we never received or even knew he had a balance as we never got the bill (USPS didn’t deliver it). That is not Lansing Ice & Fuel’s fault and I am not blaming them. What I am incredibly disappointed by is their decision to remove my dad’s tank in the middle of winter without trying harder to reach us. Even a note in the door (when they delivered or any other time) would have been perfect as we would have seen it. Because of their decision to pull the tank during the coldest months of the year, all of my dad’s pipes burst. I did reach out to Lansing Ice & Fuel to discuss and hopefully rectify/get a new tank delivered, and was promised a call back. They seemed nice on the phone and said they had to talk with the boss before knowing how to proceed, which is understandable. That was a week and a half ago though and I still have not received a call back. Overall, I’m just extremely saddened by the poor timing they chose to take away my dad’s tank, knowing it was dead winter, and the lack of communication once I found out who his propane company was and reached out to them. All I wanted was to make things right and take care of my dad’s home by getting a new tank out there, and I 100% would have paid the previous bill had I known their was one.
Cody Rozell: Nothing but a great experience with these guys. I was irresponsible and neglected to monitor our tank and wound up noticing it had become empty. Even though they had hundreds of scheduled delivery’s ahead of our last minute request they squeezed us in the same day so we wouldn’t run out. Just pay for their monitoring service, it is worth the peace of mind. It helps you and it helps them and you won’t end up like me. God bless.

Jesse Alton: Gas is advertised cheaper but it's only that price if you get a car wash and their car was is TERRIBLE! The brushes are COVERED with mildew and it stinks like standing water. Even after you leave, there will be a musty smell in your car for days.If you go around the corner, there is a Speedway and a Quality Dairy where gas is typically .10 cents cheaper and while they do not have a car wash, the car wash at Sunoco should be permanently shut down if they aren't going to properly maintain it!

Coffee Cups: I thought another place was slow at diesel pumping. This place wins the slow race. Just over 3 minutes for a gallon. Only 2 sides of the same pump for diesel. And it's a dime to $0.20 higher than the stations around it. I had 20 gallons to go and gave up. Eff it...I'll let Penske fill this rental for $4 a gallon before I give this crackhead with a booze station another dime. I'm out. I'll continue to use it to sell old phones or other stuff off marketplace and potty in the trash cans and that's it.

Greg Kirchmeier: What a joke. I bought the car wash for $7. The carwash only washed half of my car. Then the blower turned on and kick me out. After explain my situation to the manager he proceeded to say no no no no no, you didn't proceed to go all the way through. I had to fight him on everything I said to get my money back for this joke of a car wash. Gas is overpriced and the car wash sucks. In addition the carwash mats are moldy and green. Suckers beware save your money and go elsewhere.

Laurence Christensen: If you use E85 fuel they are expensive, $1 more per gallon than competition in the area. Their policy is $0.40 less than regular. To be fair, their are only a few places that sell E85. But if you have the choice, save the money. Only complaint, otherwise the place is chill.

Joy Rimpau: I’ve generally been pretty pleased with the car wash. I don’t buy gas, I just pay for the it at the wash station. However, yesterday the wash was closed and today I tried to call to see if it was working again and they don’t answer the phone. It rings a few times and then it just hangs up. If you run a business you need to answer your phone.
Drew Williams: This is one of 2 Marathon locations I’ve ever been to in my whole life. As of today, the credit card I used there has been charged several extra times, culminating in over $400 in illegitimate transactions. Just gas transactions. Since moving to Lansing MI in April, I’ve found Marathon to be the sketchiest, low rent, fuel franchise in the area.

A pack of Swisher's costs .99 at any other place, but they charge $2.22. I just really don't understand. Lyndsi Teachout: If you want a brutally honest review, don’t ever go here! The cashier clerk blocked my card so I had to come inside to pre-pay for gas. Only for the cashier to make me extremely uncomfortable and even tried kissing me!!! MULTIPLE TIMES!! After he came out to set my pump up for gas, he kept calling me his future wife and the woman he’s been searching everywhere for.I could not have felt more disgusted in the 20 minutes I spent at the gas station. Thanks to that incident I now carry pepper spray everywhere I go.

Michael Erdman: So here’s my honest review about the new “Mobil” gas station, on Waverly and St. Joe…Going into the store, it’s got quite a bit of merchandise to acclimate your needs. There are quite a bit of snacks, drinks, and other novelty items. This place also has “marijuana related” items in store, so if you have little ones… you might want to leave them attended to in your vehicle.The place is mostly clean from what I see. It’s definitely a lot cleaner than most highway off-ramp gas stations. The location of the establishment is very hard to get out of from St. Joe exit. Turning out of the parking lot on to Waverly is easy, if you are turning towards the highway. Pumps aren’t regularly wiped down, so make sure you carry hand sanitizer, or some gloves.The staff is pretty much one kid from what I’ve seen each time I visit. I honestly go to this place as a last resort. I am more a fan of local stores, such as Quality Dairy. Furthermore, some of the products like the glass pipes, t-shirts, hats, etc., are way overpriced for the quality. You can tell that it’s a bunch of cheap knock off style fabrics. And if you are looking to find a decent vape stick, this place will tax the hell out of them!Thanks for reading! And let Google get your review as well!
