John: Unlike a lot of other reviews, I will start by saying from what I can tell this business is more sanitary and clean than it’s given credit for. Though it is pricey, I will say I find it worth it when there’s other patrons and there is a wide array of products in the shop (which are fairly priced). However the customer service here is very disappointing. At my first couple visits the service was wonderful but I have not had the same level of service since then. Lately when I’ve been coming in there is a very unenthusiastic woman who does not make the atmosphere welcoming running the front desk. I think that if the business wants to thrive the staff will need to hire new passionate employees or at least act friendly towards customers. I do not think I would’ve returned here had my initial interactions been this unwelcoming so I think it is dangerous for this business to continue along this route. Please hire enthusiastic and sociable employees so others aren’t turned away. I’m sure there are suitable candidates around especially considering the location of the business (another plus, a good amount of college guys come in). Thank you.
