This location is always clean and the staff are super friendly.I accidentally left my card here while getting an oil change. When I came back to this location the next day they had my information on the envelope. I thought that was a nice touch for excellent customer service.

Dave Eddy: Had a delightful young lady behind the counter she was super nice and genuinely seemed happy to find out what we were buying and who it was for and she was able to help us and explain the rewards program. It is so refreshing to go to a business and see people happy to be there
Dawn Webster: Lovely little gift shop with very friendly staff, but items there are quite pricey. The remaining Christmas items were advertised as 40% - 70% off, as shown on red sticker, bur there were very few stickers on items. This left customers to guess as to the discount, if any.

J and B: Bought birthday balloons and number balloons and they lost air within a day! Not happy overall! Customer service was not the best either.

At last we asked for help and our hero appeared! Their knowledge of the store was impeccable! Led us back down an aisle that we traveled and pointed to at the item we were seeking. Not only did the store have what we wanted the staff also knew exactly where it was!

Adrienne Cooley: Disappointed with our helium balloon order. 9 out of 10 balloons lost their ability to float within 18 hours. We ordered and picked up the balloons yesterday afternoon and first thing this morning they looked like this. I don't remember ever having balloons stop floating this quickly.Our customer service while ordering the balloons was really great, which is why this review is 3 stars. But we won't be ordering balloons again from Party City; between the cost and how quickly these stopped floating, it wasn't worth it.

Suman Bhat: Michael’s is also UPS access point. I went with 2 small boxes to drop off for UPS. I forgot my roll of tape. I asked them if they can help to close those boxes. It’s against their policy to use tape for customers use. I understand it’s their policy but may not be too appealing to customers.
