Triniti: My family owned Pollack Glass so I know something about stone chips and windshields. Do you know how difficult it is to keep a stone chip from spreading?!? We had a stone chip and these fools scheduled a repair almost a month out from when we had the incident happen.We scheduled an appointment with Century Glass and was fixed the same day. This company is absolutely atrocious for a windshield glass company.

Had to make an extra trip. They hadn't touched it even by the next day. Finally at 3:30 the next day they called and said it was done. I. An still see the chip in my windshield. I'm not happy. Will never go back there again.

Jason Callan: The price was the best of all the quotes I had received and I had experience with them in the past. Everything went fine during the appointment, but I have two complaints. The tech left a mess in the driveway from removing the old glass. I had to pick up clips, plastic, and other pieces of scrap after the tech left. The most disappointing aspect of the entire visit was the softball sized oil stain the tech's van left in my driveway. Immediately after the tech left I call the office to report the oil stain on my driveway. The representative l spoke to, I think her name is Deanna, told me that the vehicle has been having issues and needing serviced for awhile and that they would get it in. I told her that is great, but if there is a known issue with their service vehicle that they shouldn't park in customer's driveways. I reiterated that I'm now left with massive oil stain to try and remove, to which she apologized but didn't offer to have a manager follow-up for any potential resolution . After three days of scrubbing and purchasing multiple products I was able to get most of the stain removed, but this isn't something any customer should have to go through when rendering payment to a company for services.

The gentleman who repaired it was matter-of-fact and was quickly able to get the job done. Would recommend.

Lisa Engstrom: I placed an order for a single pane of glass to be replaced. They gave me a decent quote and I accepted for them to do the job. Less than 24 hours my realtor told me the buyers of my house found someone to do the job sooner and to call glass doctor to have them refund my deposit. Now they will not answer my calls or emails. They told me it would take 5 Weekes to order and get the glass in; so I know for a fact nothing was made or done in less than 24 hours. So there would be no reason they could not refund my deposit which was half of the $800 job. Now I had to spend more money to make it a legal matter because they accepted the money without providing any services.

Karen Elsesser: We took in a storm window for replacement of the gasket which had hardened and was pulling off the sides of glass. The glass was in one price when we left it there. 2 days later Jeremy called to say they broke the window while removing the gasket and we would have to pay for new glass. That would have been $105 with same glass but they now need to put in tempered glass which would be considerably more. Over $200. We told him to put in the same glass. He refused. He told us to pick up the window frame. We dont feel we should have to go elsewhere and pay for glass. We have always come to this place for over 40 yrs. Very disappointed. Jeremy was argumentative and would not back down on expensive glass nor would he replace what HE broke.Do not go to Glass Doctor Charlotte.

He arrived right on time and explained everything very clearly as to how and when my very large window would be put in. He moved along quickly but still took the time to answer all my questions and give me the estimate. Three weeks later he called to say he was on his way and would be 15 minutes earlier and would that be OK. I was amazed at what I heard, a worker who cared about the customer. Sure it was fine! He arrived in the best frame of mind and put in my very large window all by himself. He did an excellent job and was able to do it in 30 minutes. He left smiling and thanking me. Should anyone I know need glass replacement for car or home I will give them the phone number of Glass Doctor Charlotte!!

Wolfyd1999: If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! This morning a car kicked a rock up at my windshield and put a nice chip in it. When I walked into the lobby the lady at the desk was very nice and quick. I came in for my appointment early and they started right away. I walked next door to get food, and was gone maybe 20 minutes and my car was ready! Super fast and friendly service, and I definitely recommend!
