Liberty Coin Service: what do users think?
dark duk: Nice shop. Decent selection. However $7 dollor over spot? When I can grab online for $5 over spot from the mint.
Brian Rector: Friendly customer service and always has what I'm looking for
Don't Go: I called and spoke to a female and asked about the $1 silver note. She did not let me ask questions or even tell her what I have. She just stays that ALL the silver certificates are only worth face value. What a joke. If she would have shut her mouth and let me talk, she would have learned that I have a couple 1899 stared very low serial #. I also have a couple with different serial numbers on the same bill. I also have a few with the error liberty bell. But she says they are all just worth $1 no matter what you have. Go some place else that actually knows what they are talking about.
Kenneth Ledford: Very nice selection of numismatic coins with high premiums. The friendly atmosphere, most of the employees knowledge and the selection has me coming back from time to time. It’s not the best place for stacking bullion or new coin collectors. If you are a new collector or stacker do your research and know what you want before spending or selling.
Wendy Bradfield: Beware!!! They will quote you a price on the phone and then not buy your pristine uncirculated coins when you show up! An employee quoted a price to buy my coins and when I arrived they told me they would not buy them. Go somewhere else!
David Pratt: Always interesting.Knowledgeable employees.
Randy Woodworth: Always happy to deal with the folks at Liberty. Honest and fair when buying, terrific customer service. Thanks Liberty!
John: My father and I are very happy with the sale. They where friendly and gave us a good value in return for the coins. We'll be coming back.
Mark Fluke: Went there yesterday with some coins to sell. They quoted me a price. That I thought was fair. Boy was I wrong. If you have coins that you want to sell I do not recommend Liberty coins if you want a fair price. I feel like I was taken advantage of. As a consumer I felt I needed to write and post a review of my experience at Liberty coins. Signed VERY disappointed 😞☹️.And I will never forget it.
John M: Was told by the store that the spot price of gold was $1819. Checked CNBC/Comex and the price never dipped below 1830, all day.
CCM 2361: Love Liberty Coins! Good prices & great staff.
Jack Mills: Only place I trust to buy and sell valuables
Tom Johnson: Always start off with one star when a business hangs up.Used these people a few years back, yeah they're making a buck in a cut throat industry: but 5 years back they wouldn't recognize an email address, and I thought I'd helped them out, but the receptionist said come in or call: I'm 30 miles away. So she hangs up. I'll go to the shows from now on. They don't want my business bad enough.
Vicki Bork: Very professional and kind. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable appraiser.
Peyton S. Place: If you're buying gold and silver, their prices are marginally higher than JM Bullion or Apmex. No big deal... that's understandable since they are operating a brick and mortar business. The surprising part is their lowball offers when selling your gold and silver. Don't go in thinking you're going to get the spot price for government issued bullion. Besides their online 'Daily Price Quote', they also have a 'Retail Buy Sheet' - for example they are buying gold Kangaroos at $30 below spot. Maple leafs are $45-25 below spot. Krugerrands are $30 below spot.Their offers are marginally better than a pawn shop. You can do better if you shop around.
Jim Philpot: I went into the place with a couple of 30 year old military memorabilia..coveted pocket coins from generals of the pacific airforce command.the old overweight Grey hair balding guy offerd me 25 cents a piece. So just out of curiosity I went to the local PX STORE..HE OFFERD ME NO LESS THAN 10 BUCKS A PIECE..this place worth your time?? You decide.
Holly Abel: They barely take anything. I always roll my eyes when someone says Liberty Coin. It is a joke.
jeremy scott: I have visited here numerous times and have bought, sold, laughed at their offer, took offers and have been insulted. It’s important to note these people are in business and are there to make a profit on their actions after expenses. So from a guy who collects, sells and buys regularly Liberty Coin is slightly above ok, in my opinion. Very important to note is things won’t always work in your favor no matter what or where you go. They sell nice items to add to a collection and most of the time have reasonable prices and at times offer very good prices. When I’ve sold jewelry the prices were ok, but I countered and they agreed. I have also listened in on others at their tables and display and have never heard nor seen anyone get taken for a ride. The biggest problem I have here is when I attempted to sell a Rolex. For starters the guy didn’t believe me. It was new in the box and acted like I stole it. The watch (identical type) was worth 6,500.00 all day, no questions asked and has not only sold at auction for 8-9,000.00 numerous times in the last 2 , but no one who had a moral compass would argue it’s value. I was offered 3,000.00, and more if I somehow could come up with the papers. Both of those things are insulting. So I left and came back with the paperwork (the watch is brand new with tags, box and papers, no after market diamonds just pure Rolex). The man whom I won’t mention his name out of respect for Liberty Coin, offered me $3,500. I smiled at him and questioned why his offer was so low and he gave me 3-5 interesting reasons. None of which are worth anywhere close to 1k, yet alone 3-5k. He tried to get a huge profit at my expense and that is a fact. I kindly kept the Rolex, bought a 15k one from his competitor and we laughed about his bad faith offer. Important to note, even his competitor stated this guy was an overall good guy, but he was out for a profit. Lastly I will continue to buy items from this place as life isn’t always “I get a deal” and overall this place is fair and better than others I’ve frequented. Just like at the Top Rolex distributor, be aware of what you have and are buying before you make a decision.
Nick Len.: Best coin shop around, they offer 80% of melt on metal like jewelry which is a hell of lot more than most the jewelry shops in town will offer. Competitive pricing on items selling compared with whats available online and its smart to support local. They have an xrf and other scanners, clerks are knowledgable, some may say foremost experts in all of michigan. They will test items you bring in for metal content and make very fair offers. rare quality service. The owner is well respected.3 year update: have been lowballed on quite a few items now. Not worth it to sell to them. Even with ebays 14% fee and shipping it was often more profitable to sell online. They are wanting wholesale prices or less for many items so do your due diligence or get taken.
Orion Elenbaas: They are extremely helpful and fair with prices if you are in the mid Michigan area and looking for a place to buy precious metals i could not recommend them enough
Andrew White: Took my family and boys there to look at coins. They were excited to go. Entering the store did not get greeted. Looked at coins in the display for over 15 minutes and did not get any service or acknowledged for being in the store. Will find somewhere else to start my coin collection with my boys.

DR Coins and Jewelry: what do users think?
Moon Man: My wife and I have been going here for a very long time...5 stars nothing but the best service and quality...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.....THE BEST IN LANSING!
Cole Hazeltine: These guys are the best! They offer the best prices locally in my experience, and they have an incredible collection of coins, bills, and history memorabilia.
jacob hayward: My mother brought a silver coin in there today and the guy told her it was not silver and was not worth nearly what it was supposed to be. I thought it was odd because we had certificates of authenticity from the Washington mint. We ended up taking the to liberty coin to have them put on aspectrometer and they are silver and worth way more than what he offered. He tried tricking her with a magnet but when my mother tried the same thin it did not work. Don't trust him.
Evan Kay: Very trustworthy and they offer better prices than most other places in my experience
Chris Waldofsky: Awesome shop and very fair prices. Guys that run it are very friendly and full of knowledge for collectibles and coins. My favorite shop
Robert Blackwell (Blackwell Management): Called hoping to do business at 510 and was told they close at 530 however Google says 6. Update your hours to reflect actual store hours.
Chance Morse: awesome ppl beat prices that I have seen
Kyle DeMars: Owner is a great guy and gives fair prices
Kyle Leemon: Sold silver bars and coins. The amount they pay above or below spot is based on market demand and was very fair. Looking forward to doing more business here!
Steve Harrod: Very pleased with my transactions . Friendly people too .
Shannon Webb: Took the time to work with us. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Explained significance and value in depth. Thank you so much!!!!
James Teed: Always great service. I only need to use a coin/gold store once or twice a year but so far He has beat Liberty coins every time.
Jordan Akins: Excellent experience! I took a collection of rare coins to this dealer with the intent to sell. He evaluated the collection and provided me with a quote. It was entirely my decision on if I wanted to proceed with the sale or not, there were no high-pressure tactics employed on his end.Best place (in both service and price paid) to sell 90% Silver too in the Lansing area! Have sold to this dealer and also bought some pieces from him as well. 👍
Michael Van Leeuwen: A great shop, slightly out of the way and a bit smaller than most shops I've been to, however I think that just adds to the appeal. The service is beyond amazing here. They always take the time to make sure I leave with what I'm looking for if they have it and that I always leave happy. I recommend this shop to any coin or antique collector in the greater Landing area.
Tabitha Boggs: Really cool little store. Great prices very honest and knowledgeable gentleman. Couldn't be happier with my sales and purchases.
Psycho Sid: Very fair coin dealer. Maybe not the biggest inventory in the world but I have found plenty of coins for my collection at Great prices. I bought a silver eagle 5.00 under what other coin dealers would have charged. No need for me to go anywhere else but this shop.
Mallory Lopez: Good guy, awesome coins and other things
Ethan Sheldon: Great selection of currency, precious metals, and all kinds of collectables and memorabilia especially war memorabilia, the guys are really knowledgeable and honest with very competitive pricing and very professional. Really genuinely nice, courteous guys!
Joshua Maurer: Amazing, I wish I knew what else to say... If you don't know or can't think of something else I'd go for here! I repeat! Amazing, I wish I knew what else to say... If you don't know or can't think of something else I'd go for here!
Ashleigh Rademacher: Dave Ruppel- Buys rare coins and stamps. Plus certain special antiques and watches. He will do currency trades as well with foreign money to American.AND he buys diamonds, silver, palledium, platinum, all golds... Even some gold filled/plated pending material/object.AND"Bob" Robert Splitstone sells antique military memorabilia... And buys the same military items. Antique military stuff. From ww1-2(Ww3 to be?? Haha no, but sometimes does buy current military issued gear/clothing/awards an medals.)Civil war and revolutionary are huge. So is ww2 with German stuff/Nazi. May even buy Jewish memorabilia of the holocaust but only if verifiable and not just any jewish material. He REALLY is into rare unit patches or OLD medals/marine swords. (Higher values)Weaponry he buys too but be SAFE WHEN HANDLING. 😊All in all amazing guys an shop. Both offer above fair prices AND pay to the ACTUAL current metal/item rates. And Dave is ONLY dealer in area to pay quality $ for diamonds/gems. Every other jeweler only pays for scrap gold n silver/ metals etc. But takes stone weight approximately out of each item and deducts from total $ quote value. Where as Dave has tools to determine stone quality, karat and then makes offer.I've been a customer and seller to both these men for almost over a decade when they were both in another shop ( red schoolhouse) then when they split and went solo, and now they're back together again in their OWN store front.. I think its awesome and 100% legit and courteous treatment. There's even a candy bowl to help yourself too!So come on in! See what the rest us see, buy a cool antique/rare or misprint coin or bill or an army hat or item to remind ya of a family member or let a kid play with! ( lol don't tell Bob i said that last part, doubt he would wanna see a ww2 hat being played with in the rain/dirt on a totts head! 😜)I cannot recommend these guy's enough or stress the importance of keeping our local small mom n pop stores flowing with business and open. The integrity and humbleness you get with doing business with the likes of this place is just awesome and warm. Not only better quality treatment, better prices, and jovial conversation, but a confirmation that there STILL is good and honest clients and clientele.Keep up the AMAZING work ya guys!-from, a long time customer/patron. 😉
K.J. Keefer: Great service . EXTREMELY FAIR !

Revival Collectibles: what do users think?
Audrey Cook: Amazing
Jared Dejong: A dear friend recommended I reach out to David S at Revival Collectibles for a ceramic I had been searching for for 12 years! David was above and beyond helpful, he knew what I was talking about right away and unbelievably he said he expected to see that piece in the next couple weeks as he was bringing in a large collection from an estate. I couldn't believe it. I got the piece before it even got in the gallery doors! Such tears of joy and triumph!!! This is the place if you're looking for that hard to find piece of art, sculpture or painting and I can't gush enough about David, his vast knowledge of art and his ability to find the impossible! The man makes art collector dreams come true! Welcome to your art needs solution my friends! Congratulations!
Reg Sadler: from day one Revival Collectibles has been amazing! has everything I have been looking for and more.
