Andrew Rushlow: Now that I’ve been here quite a few times I’ve had most of the staff wait on me and now I’m not impressed with them at all. The food is still on point but I’ve had nothing but rude waitresses the last three times. This is a good way to lose a good paying customer. If I had their names I would mention them but I don’t. I’m my opinion there is only one good waitress and she’s in the first section. I’ve had her the first couple times and she’s great and always has a smile. With all this being said I’m probably not going to return to this place because I’m not gonna deal with rude staff

Amanda DeLadurantaye: Food is amazing, these guys make great fries! The drive thru can take some time, but it's more of a diner than fast food so that's expected. My only real complaint is that you have to ask for silverware each time you order takeout and I would recommend checking for any sauces you ordered and the silverware before you leave. Those two things almost always missing.

jacob ruttan: It was a terrible experience. First time going and it was and half hour wait just for a Pepsi never meet the server or anything waited 10 more minutes and nothing so left
Gabe Lyon: Attempted to eat here. My kids and I sat for almost 30 minutes watched other people get seated and eat and leave before we were even asked if we would like something to drink. I am sorely disappointed. We would've spent over 200 for the meal and tipped appropriately. Get your staff under control because that was ridiculous.

Emily Evanski: Rosanna is an amazing person. She is so funny and kind. I love the food I come to get lunch about 1-2 times a week and Rosanna is always there with a smile and a big “hello” So welcoming.
Queen Abs: Best middle eastern food in the area. Everytime I come, Rasan treats me so well like family. I highly recommend this location over the one in waverly area. The food there isn’t fresh like East Lansing location. Love Rosan and Tabooli!

Charlotte Smith: The food is always delicious and I come here often while working in East Lansing. The last few times I've been there I have noticed that the restaurant itself is disgustingly dirty. Everything has food/dust/grime on it. It honestly makes me hesitant to eat the food. My friend sometimes comes with me and after the last time we were there a couple of weeks ago she says she won't return until the place is cleaned. Seems really unsanitary. The workers are always so extremely nice and always giving large samples of things while you wait. Great place other than the cleanliness.

Allison Werkema: I have ordered food here several times before, and the food was wonderful. The last time I visited, however, I tried to use a coupon they gave me for a free wrap. I intended on also purchasing a side dish; however, there were no stipulations on the coupon requiring an additional purchase for it to be valid. The worker refused to honor my coupon, saying “nothing is free! Nothing is free! That is not how this works.” I left without ordering anything and will not be coming back. Very disappointing, and a shame, since I really enjoyed eating there.

Lev Raphael: This is one of my favorite places for lunch, and not just because it's Near Tom's Party Store and Whole Foods. I like the spacious dining room, the comfortable booths, the speedy and attentive service. And the sandwiches and burgers are terrific. I split a Steinburger with my spouse today and it was plenty of food along with some of the best fries in town.
A “The Administrator” H: I was there for an event, so we were in the back room. The room was really cold and everyone was complaining about it. The space was really hard to move through for the amount of people they had in the room. The food was really bland and unexciting. The best thing I had was the spinach cakes. The staff were attentive but not super friendly. They don't offer a lot of options for people with dietary restrictions.
