Meg McLouth: My husband and I went here for an early Mother's Day dinner, and the food was amazing. The waitress was super nice and even though they were super packed we never felt rushed. I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile and I'm glad I did, we will definitely be back.

Nathan Teggerdine: Was once one of my favorite places to eat especially Sunday morning. Since reopening from COVID shut down nothing is the same. I’ve given it 4 attempts now and each time I was more disappointed than the last. The spicy chicken and biscuits with gravy is not even close to what it once was. Food feels rushed and Ingredients taste cheap. Very sad to see this happen.

Supreme View: Worst service and food I have had in a long time. Server was not friendly and didn’t know how to be hospitable and make things right. It took us 35 minutes to get drinks (served by another server) and order our meals. The food came out tasting sub-par and flavorless. Manager didn’t even want to come and make things right because he had been dealing with so many other issues throughout the night.

Waverly Jones: Kind of a weird time. Very cool looking inside. It took a really long time to have anyone come to seat us. Staff kept remarking on how busy it was but our whole party has worked in food service and didn't feel like it was very busy. We ordered 3 drinks, one cocktail and two draughts and it took like 20 minutes at least. It was a long wait for food and one of our appetizers came out completely cold. Entrees were hit or miss. I liked the pimento Mac and cheese but everyone else in my party felt like their dishes weren't great. Pricing felt high for what we got, especially when we realized they charged for each side of ranch. Wait staff were so great though, and they seemed to be trying to compensate for the bar and kitchen. Not necessarily a place I would go again.

Rebecca Taylor: The people answering the phone informed me that the Burger Experience is their online business. I ordered a promo on UberEATS for a buy one get one burger. I only received one but the receipt clearly showed two. The manager simply said "oh, I never heard of that promo before" and "we can't do anything please contact uber".This is clearly a cash grab business that offers no customer service or help when they make a mistake. The worst part is that it probably effects the employees who have to deal with this extra "online business" and the tips of the drivers trying to make a living delivering food! Smokey Bones and The Burger Experience have lost my business.

Tiffany Marie: I have never had such terrible luck with a restaurant, it’s like the employees don’t even bother reading the whole order and throw on what they think you want. I continue to order it because my son loves it and I let him pick lunch as a treat but in the last several orders I have had raw onions in place of the sautéed ones that were advertised, my drinks were completely forgotten, I continually ask (and pay for) the xtc sauce on the side and never receive it, and today the mushrooms were left off of my burger, did not receive the side sauce I orders, and forgot straws- that’s just basic things that shouldn’t be forgotten. This place is honestly a joke, I’m not sure who they’re employing there but I think it’s time to stop coming to work high.

Hilario Trevino: One of the best burgers I’ve had from a restaurant. I ordered the classic cheeseburger, under customize I clicked no onion, they skipped everything and just sent burger patty with cheese on the bun. I will say the burger was cooked perfectly and the fries had a little smoky flavor to them. Best ghost restaurant burger so far!

Jessica Saenz: I order $20 worth of food. Chicken strips & fries combos. They ask what sauce? I replied “spicy mayonnaise dip”. I asked for 2 sauces for each meal. (1 for my fries/1 for my chicken tenders) I get to the window, I check the bag: they gave me one sauce per meal. I inform them they are missing sauces. They replied: that will be $2 for more sauces. I tell them no thanks I already asked for this on the speaker and you’ve already swiped my card /paid for the food I “supposedly ordered”. No where on their menus either in person or online does it say customers are charged for sauces for their food when asked. So they have been charging customers without their knowledge for their choice of sauces this entire time? They don’t give you a receipt either, so it’s not like you would know IF you are being charged. This is simply called stealing from customers. You are charging them for something they have no knowledge of. You do not advertise this on the menu, prices for sauces that SHOULD come with the meals you sell. I’m not asking for extra, if I have fries..ppl want ketchup. If I have tenders..ppl may want more ketchup or bbq or whatever sauce of their choosing. The young girls working today were petty. So I’m letting everyone know how absolutely ridiculous this place can be. Find better workers, ones without attitudes. Maybe inform customers of prices so they KNOW they are being charged. Give customers receipt of sells. Robbery at its finest. Good luck selling chicken tenders WITHOUT sauce.

Sarah Eldridge: Burgers are definitely not pricey and pretty decent. Fries are fries. Batter on chix, fish, and mushrooms nothing to write home about. Only drive thru. No sit in. Fast service.
