Court One Training Center: what do users think?
Julie “Jules” Lewis: Nice facility. Very warm inside. A little far out from my home. Not very good seating but sufficient with Covid because players can only bring 2 spectators. There are bleachers but the poles holding up the building block the bucket view on that side. Also makes it hard for players to stand behind the line for throwing the ball in as the line is directly in front of the bleachers and interferes with the feet of spectators. Small snack bar. The ref for the 2nd and under did a nice job of instructing kids as mistakes were made. There should be a rule that the paid scorekeeper cannot be on their phone and they understand the importance of starting the clock on time and keeping the possession arrow up-to-date.
Melvin Brantley: Great trainer in Hector, very knowledgeable in different bred of dogs and their temperament.
thecoffeemann: This place is great! I'm glad my kids can practice basketball even when the our governor wont open schools! Great social interaction and exercise which is what kids need!
Brandon Haskell: Dog training with Hector is the best!
Enrique Rodriguez: Reminds me of a elementary gym. It's really small.
Pretty Cash: Futsal indoors. Not a lot of seating. Bathrooms are always clean. Parking lot is gravel so usually not salted. Water is provided.
patricia brown: Chill soccer here. OK indoor gym

Court One Athletic Clubs: what do users think?
YNS Solo: Website is no e. I got the info I needed. I will be there soon
Robert Hopkins: Clean. Great availability of courts. Facility is mostly all newer equipment.
Taisha García: Great place for playing basketball in winter.
william fich: Been going here for years and the rules have changed a lot over the years to revolve around other guests and play favorites,I've seen grown men get in fights and lead to someone bleeding from his head before as well as grown men trying to get into fights with children and calling the kids very vulgar words even though it's the grown men causing the problems most of the time from what I've seen and the staff are rude a lot of the times
xia jia: I like to play pickleball here, but the floor is a little too slippery. I think it is not safe to pay pickleball. Especially we have many senior players.
Mackenzie B: I have never left a review before, and I feel an obligation to review my experience at Court One. We called ahead before driving across town to come play pickleball. Over the phone no details were shared that all participants over 18 needed to present ID. When we arrived, most of our party did not have IDs since we drove together. The man behind the desk was highly unprofessional and rude in stating without an ID, there’s no entry. Fair enough rule for liability, however this should be communicated clearly on the website and over the phone. We were very surprised to find out the man behind the desk was the manager given his poor customer service and arrogant attitude. The rude responses back to others’ reviews reinforce and reflect the poor customer service we experienced. Court One lost our business.
Katelyn Bontrager: If I could give this place zero stars I would, but that’s not an option. Manager was rude, unprofessional, and down right degrading. When we called they didn’t say anything about bringing ids for non members, but when we got there they said we had to have them. We were willing to sign waivers, but he says that ids are required and that they just figured everyone would have their ids on them. Was very condescending about the whole thing. Unprofessional and very unhelpful. Good way to make sure people never come back.
Alexa Henslee: Extremely rude customer service.
Nick Bontrager: Heads up!!! Requires an ID from all people before playing pickleball on their courts. We called ahead of time before we made a 30 minute drive to play and the person that answered the phone did not let us know this was a requirement to enter. All 6 of our players were willing to sign waivers to help ease their liability concerns but that wasn’t good enough. The manager was rude and downright unfriendly about the whole situation. Will not be back.
Paul Chung: It was nice to use basketball court and Since October Theres lot of senior peopls using basketball court for pickel ball There were more than 10ish people. Please limit the pickle ball player using basketball court.Update: They me option of terminating contract without penalty and refund december membership. I liked the court and other gym equipment.
Ardhi Subowo: They call and they say they can do non members on the phone and they lie saying that’s not their number.Shady customer service wouldn’t recommend
Richard Lehman: Really enjoy playing tennis here.
Ginger Metevier: Grew up here and met my husband here!
August Burchard: Clean, well maintained facilities with kind staff. Maddie and Gracie were stupendous.
Scott Foreman: They are working hard with the members during these troubled times, can't wait to get back to normal !
Melissa Spadafore: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Lori Chapman: Very nice. So clean. Hardly ever crowded.
Shelbie Lynn: Have not been to the place in over a year. They say they will stop charging me $9 month to “hold” my membership. Then the next month I am charged $9 every month. Would not recommend anyone who doesn’t plan on going to this gym for life to sign up for a membership.
Statie R: The treatment by management and staff at this location is becoming unbearable. I can't take my mask off even on the sidelines, but if I cross over to the pickle ball side I can watch without my mask 🤦🏼‍♂️ we have 47 people in our private FB group🧐 that we use for communicating about when we want to play together. We were playing 3-5 days a week prior to the pandemic. We Just Want To Play Ball and this is how it's going to be. Maybe it's time for a change?
Kody Kokx: Unless you want to get COVID I would not even come close to this place! They have anywhere between 5-20 people playing pickleball not wearing any type of mask and no concerns for the general publics health. In addition- the reply & information provided below is false- I have evidence of 15/20 people using the same ball playing pickleball with ZERO mask- meanwhile myself & 3 others playing basketball have our mask on... local law enforcement will be notified by the others to ensure safety protocols are met by these business’
Andrew Mcelfresh: Nice well kept area. The pool is nice and clean

IM West: what do users think?
Abhishek Edida: A great facility to play various kind of sports
PDubs: Hella packed but good
Sara: Total disaster. Not many weight machines and too many people. You either spend the whole time waiting by a machine for it to free up or walk around aimlessly trying to find an open machine.
Sally Gatlin: Pool is fantastic for lap swimming in the morning!
Abdullah Alali: Nice environmental spot for recreation, men locker room need a little bit of care
Shashank Mohan: Great place for recreational activities. Must visit if you are at Michigan State University.
JW Sim: nice and huge place for workout.
Brendan Hand: Overall pretty good facilities, most everything is free for students. Able to bring guests for free on the weekends. I would recommend over the other two IM locations on campus.
M. Syarif (omcalip): huge gym! with a swimming pool. with indoor sport: squash, basketball, pingpong, etc.what you may want to know is that you MUST bring your MSU ID while doing a workout. i mean, what's the point of scanning our ID on the gate, then?also, the refill water taste not good. you may want to bring your own water.
Chloe: Nice space, a lot more open than I expected with a variety of equipment! Lockers are available even if you don’t have a lock, and there are many sanitary wipes provided to wipe off machines after use (which I have seen many people use)!
Grace: Go get em gainz! Ayyyyyy (high on pre workout)
Cedrick Highsmith: No matter what time of day you go, its always packed and the gym only has three benches.
Denver Rayl: Nice place to work out, a lot of stuff to do.
Srujan Patil: Great gym, great indoor turf fields, an ok pool, but there is an empty hot tub.
Funky Cold Medina: Plenty of gyms to use. Public is welcome to use and rent equipment to play basketball, volleyball and more. There's a weight gym, pool and handicap accessible entry and restrooms.
Christy Bennett: Very clean and modern facility with a large selection of equipment!
Parker Banas: Awful job at enforcing the mask mandate on campus by the staff. There are members walking in with masks around there chin and then completely taking them off once they check in. What is the point of having the requirement to keep the community safe if it is not enforced at all? I hope this changes and changes fast.
hossein faghihi: Quality field especially for students.
Alan Jordan: Facilities are meh. You can not bring someone in unless they have an MSU I'd.
Matt Hansen: Great facility, they've done some great upgrades over the years.
Robert Abel: Lots of courts. Fan seating not good. Bring a lawn chair
