Jen: Dr. Cole is awesome. He fully explains everything and is very thourough. I work in the medical profession so its difficult to impress me. However, very impressed!
A J: I have been going to him for over 2 yrs now and during every visit he ensures I get enough time to ask questions and discuss problems. He comes across as very knowledgeable and scholarly.
FANNIE BARNES: I have seen Dr. Cole for 2 years. Each time he has spent time explaining my diagnosis and going over my labs. He has made me feel comfortable expressing my concerns and fears. Dr. Cole bedside manners are wonderful!
Matt Paksi: Had 2 appointments with Dr. Cole. First appointment was pretty much a meet and greet due to a change in my doctor leaving. 2nd appointment was recent. I spent a lot of time with his assistant who asked a question, was given an answer and then he proceeded to disagree and argue with me and my wife after every question.I had a very friendly experience with the office staff but will not return for any future visits.I would definitely not recommend his unprofessional practice. He is more concerned about trying to be on time with other patients rather than to actually explain any medical diagnosis or how to remedy an existing condition.A negative star would be more accurate than a one star review.I was deeply disappointed by wasting my time.Hopefully you don’t get your time wasted.

Heather Vanderlaan: I was very disappointed in the professionalism of Dr. Kawauchi. He took 3 personal phone calls during my 10 min appt. When he came back in the room after the last one, he ushered me out of the room even though I had not asked any of my questions yet. I asked them in the hallway and at the reception area (no privacy) & even then did not really get all of them answered. I will not be returning to this practice nor recommending them to anyone.
