Joel Mann: Handmade & lovely products that are effective & safe. We buy multiple bars of soap at a time. Each bar can be cut into smaller bars to tuck away at the sink or for use in the shower. When not in use they smell nice too. There are many products in the shop, it's fun to look around. If you are lucky you will get to meet Atlas when you visit!

Maria Lopez: Good service but my protein container had less than the half of protein powder. So disappointed $44 for little protein. I do not recommend buying protein here.

Kevin Zwiker: I have to stop going there because they don’t listen to their customers feedback. If you tell them you want product “x” they’ll try to sell you product “z”. If you say you only need 1 bottle of something they try to pressure-sell you to buy 2 or 3. Instead of letting the customer be right they try to haggle and go to great lengths to prove the customer is always wrong and they always know what you “need” (spoiler alert: it’s usually the Vitamin Shoppe brand they try to ram down your throat). This just wastes the customers time and patience. Wasting someone’s time instead of helping them get what they want is the pinnacle of disrespect. P.S. Respecting the personal space of your customers might be a good idea as well. Just sayin.

Mitchell Young: I am an extremely consistent customer at this Vitamin Shoppe. I spend a lot of money here. I'm giving a 5 star review for how consistently awesome AJ is at his job. He's knowledgeable, professional, and always cares about the customer. He has been able to clear up any issue I've ever had when ordering online, price matching, or letting me know the best deals going on at the store when I come in. He is someone I would want managing or working for me. The Vitamin Shoppe isn't cheap, and AJ being a staple at this store is a huge reason why I keep coming back and continue to spend a lot of money here. Customer service matters. I hope he is recognized for his work by new management, because I have not experienced the same level of professionalism or customer appreciation with the new manager.

I will go there next week when we are on that side of town again. I mean the sales lady was very friendly and helpful when we walked in and I told her what I was looking for and she handed me a tube for cramps but that wasn't it. But I thanked her. I have the name of it now and I will go back next week and get it. My friend said it works great for cramps, cause I get them real bad at 🌃. I've left other places that were really busy and come here. Makes me wonder how this place can stay open, they're not competing at all. They do have a grow in the back, must be what's keeping them afloat. I could make this olace my go to if they had more selection of flowers. Most of their brand's(Franklin Fields) flower do have seeds.

I walked in there today and stood in the lobby and wasn't greeted, after 5 or so minutes I walked out and went somewhere else....easily lost my business for good and I only would shop here.

A. Jones: Years ago this pharmacy used to GREAT. Dan the pharmacist really knew his stuff! The owner retired and sold it, and since then it has gone DOWNHILL. Today I was directed to them as being a "specialty pharmacy". I needed to find a place that sold a certain test kit my doctor ordered. I was greeted by a VERY RUDE young woman in the pharmacy who said they were NOT a specialty pharmacy, but that the Pharmacist told her that "Assensia" (sp?) on the west side of town was one. I asked her where they were, and she said, "I don't know". I asked her how to spell the name, "I don't know". As a typical young clueless person, she told me to "Just speak the name into your phone." I told her I don't have an Iphone, I was calling from a LAND LINE. She was stumped, and basically told me it wasn't her problem! I looked the word "Assensia" up on the internet, and it was ASSENSION Pharmacy. and not ASSENSIA. I called them, and they also said they were NOT a specialty pharmacy either. The hunt goes on for a "specialty pharmacy" in this area that carries the test kit my doctor ordered. Once again Lansing lives up to it's reputation for being a backwater town!

Also a huge bonus, they offer delivery—even to the west side—free of charge (though a tip is always good instant karma).
Jen Melendez: My scripts were faxed over Thursday afternoon to be delivered on Friday. They didn't read the script and sent them to an old address. It's now Monday after 6:00 an still no medications. I have heart meds, blood pressure meds, and insulin that I have to have. My Dr ordered my diabetic supplies and they came through the mail and arrived today, but still no meds. I need suggestions for a pharmacy that delivers when needed, not when they feel like getting to it.
