Justin Clow: Took my car here due to some concerns I had. They called said it just needed an update and that the main concern I brought it in for was fixed. I didn't even leave the parking lot before the problem came back. Now they did tell me there were a few other things on the car that need to be fixed. Considering I was told the update would fix the current issue I decided to wait on the other repairs for a couple of weeks. My problem is they didn't fix it in the first place. They updated the car and said that should fix it and told me a few other things that should be fixed soon. One of those things being a belt that had been replaced about 10,000 miles ago. On the report it also stated they filled my windshield washer fluid which was just as empty as it was when I brought it in. I understand that there could be multiple things wrong with the car that could be causing the issue but that was not communicated in the slightest and past that I was just being lied to.

Jason Baker: Just purchased the 2023 Type-R! The patience of the sales team at Capital Honda and willingness to work with the customer is unbeatable. Capital Honda's customer service is beyond that of any dealership I've ever encountered or ever even heard of. The entire sales team is absolutely awesome. Everyone has an upbeat and positive attitude even when having to deal with rude customers who walk in making demands. Not to mention, they actually honored a verbal agreement made even when another customer walked in announcing they had cash and wanted to buy the Type-R. I personally worked with Justin Hartges on the purchase of my 2023 Type-R (My Dream Car), Justin was very professional with a positive attitude no matter how stressed out I was. Justin has "A glass half full, never half empty" attitude and is continuously looking out for the best interest of the customers. I interacted with almost all of the sales team due to another customer demanding they get to purchase the vehicle I was already sitting in, and currently in the process of purchasing not to mention i had already started carrying insurance on it. Justin didn't hesitate to stand up and say, "My customer was here first and has been in contact with me throughout the entire day regarding the Type-R" to the other sales member and management. I have an enormous amount of respect towards him and everyone for the way they handled the situation in such a calm manner. I'm not going to lie i was hyped up and stressing out. The sales manager took time to sit down and listen to both sales associates regarding the sale of the Type-R and held up the verbal agreement, allowing me to purchase the car. I personally was shocked that they didn't take the cash offer and tell me better luck next time.Unfortunately, during the purchasing process, there were several issues that popped up due to my lender and the inexperience of the associates at the credit union branch i went to. Management from Capital Honda actually reached out to me, offering assistance with my lender and speaking directly to them. The credit union had me beyond frustrated, especially when they tried to tell me the loan couldn't be more than 100% of the manufacturers MSRP for the vehicle. Jeff, one of the managers, said if they couldn't do it, to apply with Honda. If approved, Honda financing probably could and would go over MSRP, especially for an extended warranty. Then magically, like at the snap of a finger, the credit union stopped telling me I couldn't roll in the extend the warranty to my loan, and the loan was suddenly approved. I had tried to explain it to them for hours, even stating how my past loans were over the vehicles MSRP all of these issues and back and forth with the credit union pushed back my pickup time way back and we were hit with a nasty snowstorm. On the way to the dealership, my 2022 Civic Sport Touring wasn't fairing well in the harsh winter conditions and deep snow. I also knew the Type-R wasn't going to be any better in these conditions and wasn't looking forward to driving it home given the road conditions. When I arrived, the guys at Capital Honda had pulled up and cleaned off an AWD Ridgeline, which they loaned me so I could make it home to my children safely and so that I wouldn't get stuck in the hazardous winter conditions or cause any unnecessary damage to my new Type-R!Their acts of kindness and generosity were the final nail in the coffin for me! A dealership that genuinely cares about the safety of their customers and helping to protect their investments and not just generating revenue is by far above and beyond any expectations I had when I went there.With that said, I will be a life long Customer at Capital Honda. There is no need for me to shop anywhere else! The way Capital Honda has treated me by offering me assistance without hesitation or me having to ask won't be shopping anywhere else!There is no way I would've made it home that night if I had driven the Type-R off the lot, so my children and I are beyond grateful for your generosity and willingness to help us!
Ryan Roehler: The customer service from Michael was excellent! He took the time to talk me through everything that needed to be done and why and overall went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and I will be returning because of my experience with him and the excellent service on my Civic.
Sarah Tomasik: Took my Odyssey in to see about early trade in. Not only did I get quick and prompt service, they were able to turn my trade-in around, answer all of my questions, help me pro/con, and get me in a new vehicle that day! Robert Shaver: They sold me a brake job that I didn't need. My sister bought a defective battery from them that caused damage to the charging system. Would not even replace the defective battery. Spent Thousands here. Will not return. Driving to Grand Rapids from here on out.

Pierce was great sales rep, keeping great communication over the phone during the entire transaction and came in on his off day to finalize our deal (we live 70 miles away). The Finance Manager Jeff was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, very kind, and informative. Definitely learned a lot from him during our brief discussion when finalising our deal. Will I drive another 140 miles round trip for this dealership?Absolutely!!!

B: We were baffled by our treatment within the service center and would recommend that others look into other options in the area before coming here. We arrived for our appointment, asked what the process would look like when we booked the appointment, and then after they had surpassed the time estimate of an hour, given for a 15 minute minute task and we asked when we should expect the job to be completed they told us it would be another 15 minutes, bringing us to an hour and 45 minutes. We asked why the job wasn’t complete and they said it was but we were not allowed to leave until they did a full vehicle inspection and provided us with an estimate for repairs. We informed them this was not something that we wanted and we simply wanted to take our car and go. We never raised our voices or yelled or even said anything rude, simply that we’d like to leave and were very disappointed that they were not honest and upfront with us about expectations. We said it surprised us how they treated their customers and they told us good, leave, we don’t want customers like you. Again, we never raised our voices, we never said anything beyond that we were disappointed and would like to leave. Please be aware coming here that the time estimates will not be accurate, the work done will be beyond the scope of what you’ve authorized, they will not be honest when asked about the work they’re doing, and you will be pressured and coerced into having extra work done. If you express any displeasure at being lied to or manipulated, no matter how politely be prepared to be yelled at and berated. I spoke to the manager on duty who happened to be standing next to us while having this conversation and when I let him know I was very disappointed he asked- what did I expect? I think this response was reflective of the service team at capital honda and I assure you that we will not be returning. Especially after listening to the lying and misquoting/rip offs, that I heard other customers dealing with as well.

Jan-27 we walked out with our bike and its now feb 21. still we have to wait for paper work to be sent over to our bank for payments.. a month later still nothin has been done and playing phone tag between bank and college bike shop and being told paper work was sent over but the other party never received anything 🙃 😒 This is horrible customer service, never again!

Scott Scotson: College Bike Shop is the only downtown Lansing bike shop near the capital. Once you enter the potholed, terrible condition parking lot and enter the out-of-date, old, and smelly showroom you will not only find a small selection of bikes, but a lack of customer service.This business is run by the children of the founder, a brother and sister duo. Maybe it is from being handed a business and a golden parachute, or just laziness, but they don't operate to help the customer. To save costs, they have their kids run amok.If you try to get a bike fixed at the brothers shop, you'll find that they only fix bikes they sell. You can have a legitimate bike, not a chinese knock-off, but if they don't sell it, they won't service it. I wonder why bikes they sell need to have such priority; must break a lot.That's like asking for an oil change at a chevy dealer and them telling you they only work on chevys. They funny thing is, they DO SELL YAMAHAs, there are even customer photos as such.Also, don't ask if they can get a specific model of HONDA, they will just tell you they can only get whatever they are sent. That really sounds like they don't have the best relationship with the manufacturer.I can not recommend this business.

I'm brand new to riding and walked in with questions about helmet fit, style, features etc. and no one seemed to care that I was willing to spend my money there. Was not greeted by anyone in the shop and the few questions I managed to ask were met with a cold unwillingness to give me anything but the most remedial "don't bother me" answers I've ever gotten in a sales environment.
