They fit the hot tub into our deck. Everyone from the sales team to the installers seemed to all care about us and made us feel welcomed. tammy braman: I purchased my pool from lifestyles 14 years ago. I’ve never had any issues with my pool and they are always so helpful when I have any questions regarding supplies.
Patrick DeWitt: Great company I wouldn't shop anywhere else. There always spot on when it comes to taking care of my hottub.
Mike Siekierzynski: Man has it been rough dealing with this company. The customer service is non existent, the actual product is cheap and not well made. Our brand new hot tub, that was delivered wrong and set up without pieces that we had ordered (the whole salt system!) Took over a year to get it, then to have all these issues. Now it is literally falling apart at 1 year old. When we had a service tech out in Sept. He said to just "kick the side piece back in, it happens". He also never ordered the pieces that fell off exposing sharp staples. When we followed up wondering what was taking so long, the parts never got ordered, so they waited another week then ordered them and never told us they were missed, until we followed back up. Oh and I almost forgot the thermostat stopped working twice in less than a year. I wish I had never bought their product. I am now getting the BBB involved. Please, please save your money and sanity and buy a different product. Hands down the worst company for customer service and product reliability.
Matt Cozik: Ordered a new cover for my 1991 Hot Springs Sovereign, yes a 1991. A tub that is taken care of lasts a long time. When I placed the order, I was quoted 3-4 months. The tub cover arrived within 3 months and as described. Phone call to order, a phone call to pick up, nice and smooth and a great location to deal with. Here's to another 30 years.
mark koch: Bob was very knowledgeable about the products that they service. Had good helpful hints about my hot tub and how to maintain it. This is the second tub that I have purchased from them. The wait time for appointments could be improved upon. 3 1-2 weeks to have my heater looked at. They need more technicians like Bob.

Jason Smith: First of all, we purchased a Hot Springs Pulse and we love the tub. The experience of the purchase could have gone better. First of all, we signed paperwork (and paid cash) on a tub that was in stock, the color we wanted, and the sales person even called to double check that it was still available. They said we would receive a call in the next day or two to set up delivery. I called after a week and was told that 'someone purchased the same tub at the exact same time and they already set up delivery, but they have another in stock (in a color we didn't want) and they are sorry'. Begrudgingly, we took the second tub even though we didn't like the color. Second, we learned that 'in stock' means 'display tub', which is fine...the problem is that when we received the tub it was still in 'display mode' setup. There were multiple electric parts that were disconnected at the mother board. Hot leads were not connected (to save power in the showroom) and the heater connection on the mother board even had a screw from the board cover jammed in it to jump the connection and make the tub think the heater was operational. I fixed all of these things myself and the tub has worked great since. However, we recently got a 'filter error' and when I checked I realized the filters that came with the tub are very old. I visited the store and was told to clean them, which I did. They said the filters should last 1-5 years with regular cleaning. After cleaning the error came back within a week. I have no idea how old the filters are, so I'm going to have to replace them with new stock. Contacted the dealer to see if they could replace them at no cost and was told someone would call us in the next day or two. It's been over a week and no call. Frustrating, because I really like the tub. I realize workers are hard to find right now but a call back would be nice.

Chris McCall: Just left after looking at a hot tub. The place is an absolute dump. The showroom is trashed. Carpet and floors nasty. Everything faded and old. It has the feel as if they are going out of business. Little to no inventory to look at. The tubs they have on display are dirty and banged up. Only one person working and she had to constantly step away to answer the phone. Learn how to run a business...

Christina M: Best rooms: 1-inside, 8-outside, and of course the VIP suite. Inside rooms include a shower, bench, TV, and French doors leading to a small outdoor area. Outside rooms include all but a TV, they have music playing. The VIP suite includes a larger tub, seating area, dry sauna, wet bar, large TV, private bathroom with tons of space. I recommend calling early afternoon to reserve on weekends.
