Two months later, my order came in; when I went to pick it up, it was the wrong color. I had to leave two messages and an email and still no response. I finally got a hold of N and she offered no apologies for the error; just excuse after excuse of how busy and overwhelmed she is and that she can't possibly search all of the databases to determine that the color I wanted was discontinued. She never offered to look for an alternative. I was very short with her and demanded a refund on my account that day. She actually had the nerve to tell me that she doesn't have control over that. She told me that their traffic in their showroom has increased 40% and that's why she wasn't able to get me the right information. I told her that her traffic is now done 1% as I won't be shopping with them due to her serious lack of customer service.I contacted Kohler directly. Within 5 minutes, I had a customer service rep searching out alternatives for an almond colored pedestal sink AND she gave me a 25% discount! Two months of wasting time with BPHS and I resolve my problem within 5 minutes by contacting Kohler directly!I would not recommend working with Builders Plumbing & Heating Supply based on my most recent experience.

He quickly understood that we could go in any of three directions to select a replacement for our 23-year-old water heater--installed by Meridian. At his suggestion, we agreed to have a veteran technician come out to our house to help us make a final choice.Aaron, with nearly thirty years of service at Meridian, arrived exactly on time with his apprentice Ethan and quickly assessed what could be done and at what cost. He spoke knowledgeably and politely to both of us and answered every question we had.Once Aaron laid out what our preferences were going to amount to if we purchased a new Navien tankless unit and had it installed, he rolled into action. A new NPE series Navien model was delivered from The Meridian Company's stockroom. An electrician, Jack, from The Meridian Company made sure the electrical work was done properly, and later another electrician, Tanner, double-checked to see that the unit would be powered properly and safely.A few showers and a few dishwasher loads into our new relationship with a tankless, energy-efficient water heater, how happy are we? Beaming-ear-to-ear happy! The water heats up quickly throughout our house. The water temperature is exactly what we had hoped it would be and maintains a consistent heat. The Navien unit itself takes up so much less space in our basement and the new copper pipes gleam. Finally got a call on the way home at 6:15pm saying they got held up and would not be coming by????????! ! So, I wonder if I should send them an invoice for my time spent? My time is pretty valuable? They would most certainly want to charge me extra if I called them out on a weekend on their time?????? Never would use them again, pretty poor way to treat a customer.......

He also noticed that we have a water line corrosion issue we will need to watch out for in and showed me where the issue was.
