SMASH TRAINS: ONE WORD: SHAGGY! (guy with long red hair) He is hands down the best person to deal with in ALL OF MICHIGAN. Straight shooter, no nonsense, and stands by what he says. I'll never go to anyone else.
Aaron Weller: I brought my truck in to have a lift installed. Upon drop off of my vehicle, I asked that they install the front struts on the 3rd clip for a little extra lift.Fast forward 2 weeks and the truck / suspension have settled and I notice the front has a noticeable rake. I checked the struts and they were left on the first clip. I brought the truck back to Vehicle Accessories and explained my case. I was told that the instructions say to leave it on the first clip and that it would speed up ware on the ball joints. I understood the risks, hence my asking for them to be installed in that manner.They told me they would make the change but that I'd have to pay for it but they'd not charge me for the alignment. It seems to me as a person who also works in customer service that one of two things happen.1 Do as I asked or 2 let me know you can't or won't do as I asked with some explanation .

yashesh dhebar: This was the first DIY project on my car and I was fixing by brake assembly (callipers, rotors and pads). There is always a mental block which a first-time DIYers goes through. I feel myself fortunate to get connected with AutoZone. The staff there was very helpful and I would like make a special mention of one of the staff member "Caroline". She guided me through the repair process and provided some great insights. What stood out in her case after purchasing a part and taking some repair-tips, when I went back to my car in the parking lot of Autozone, she came rushing, leaving her counter in the shop just to inform me of oneof the things which she missed to tell me about the repair job I was undertaking. Me and my friend were impressed by her dedication and sincerity. This long review is just a reflection of the dedication shown by Caroline at Autozone. Thanks once again. The service of the staff at Autozone just made me their new loyal customer!

Nichole Doyle: The manager whose name was Craig had terrible customer service he was rude sold me the wrong part even though I told him I didn’t believe that was the correct part I’ve always shopped at your store but this particular location the manager wanted to argue back-and-forth. I just let them know I bring the part back. even when I brought it back, he did not apologize for his rudeness you guys lost my business and Word of mouth spread quickly

Manuel Washburn: Very good place to get parts for your car and very polite I've been getting lucky lately with people being polite cuz if I run across people that are rude I'm not going to give him my money I will walk out and go find somebody else to get it from I tell it like it is
