Stop using meijer associates as your guides and use your Hydroponics staff that has degrees in the field you are questioning. Don: VERY RUDE refuse to stand behind products or honor exchange or refund. BEWARE ,! I bought bottle of clonex rooting gel. After 2weeks using on 8 clones not 1 clone showed ANY root growth. Obviously this bottle is defective!!!. The store REFUSED to stand by their products and refused even an exchange. I have been cloning professionally for over 40 yrs and NEVER have any trouble cloning. Until this bottle the manager was very rude and unprofessional he claimed he could verify the product is good just by shaking bottle or looking at it. Which is impossible for ANYONE to do. The only way is to try on clones and observe results after 7-10days. This bottle showed zero roots on 8 clones after 2 full weeks. I have notified everyone I know to avoid this store since they refuse to honor their products. I talked to store staff before buying to assure I could return if defective. Woman clerk guaranteed I could return with receipt. I showed receipt 14days old they refused saying they won't exchange or refund if opened. OMG. No way of knowing until open and try on clones. She lied and changed he story. The manager thinks he knows everything and guaranteed product but refused to exchange and said I did not know what I was doing. He insists he can tell the quality of product just by shaking bottle OMG a supervisor called me due the trouble.... He was even more rude and unprofessional and refused to listen to complaint since his MOTHER runs that store .. OMG..OMG..OMG

JayDo Tha Don: Before I ever shopped at IGS my Ace Grower told me not to. I was in the area and stopped in to buy some pure cocoa for my plants. Me being VERY new to the game I trusted them to recommend their pure cocoa mix. Instead they sold me Cocoa mixed with something like Pete which my Grower absolutely despises 🤦‍♂️ Unfortunately I was unable to return the bags and lost the money I spent there. I will not be returning to this company in my future endeavors.

Grow Slow: All my flower lights are optic!!! I have a slim 600h with 2 slim 100 bloom boosters in one 4x4 grow tent and a slim 650s in another 4x4. Both are controlled by the master controller and my plants are amazing!!! I always have that bud that’s just that much better and the people in my circle love my product.
