Yinuo Guo: I would give SuperNova a 10 star if I could. We were looking for a headstone for my grandfather. The design needs to laser in Chinese letters. We had a hard time finding anyone who can do this for us. SuperNova not only did it, they also kept the calligraphy exactly as designed, plus found the right color stone for us. During the design and deliverable process, SuperNove communicated in-time and satisfied our need. They also helped us connected with a local company to install the headstone. We are extremely satisfied with what SuperNova did for us with high quality material and high class laser work, plus great communication and follow ups. I highly recommend this company.
Springfield Monument: We have been using SuperNova for a few years and have never had a single issue. Stones are always sandblasted correctly and packaged well. Our sales rep is very responsive and quick to answer questions!
Chris Snider: I would not even give the one star. I ordered a headstone for my mother. they received it around May 10th to do the laser on the stone. Called to see what was going on and the sales lady hung up on me. It is now July 15th and still no word. Would never do business with them again!!

Don Doe: Great and organized establishment, friendly employees, very helpful and patient staff during training, 8hr shifts, optional Saturday and Sunday work, 32hrs PTO right off the bat, lots of work areas to transition to, potential career opportunities!
Sonia: Good pay and only 8 hours a day (which amazing for those that don't want overtime). Optional Saturday work for those that do want overtime. Just expect for your clothes and bags to get dirty fast in there.

bbills52981: Work in forge,metal finish and a few other spots. All I can say is they all suck. Pay was the worst. If you were lucky you might get .35 cents a year but were led to believe you get a dollar which you get after 60 day but not again. No union and that's the way they like it. Normally about every 18 months they go threw and lay off everyone that makes good money or at least what they consider a good wage. Most managers have either been there for years or are new because they get fired after a few months or years.

T C: I did some training at this worksite and found the hourly workers and management to be very professional, polite and dedicated to there work. I can say that I have done a lot of training in many US factories,both domestic and foreign but have not seen this type of professional work site. I hope to see more of this in the future.
