Mackenzie Fox: If I could rate this company less than one stars I would. They are so unprofessional and they steal your money without doing quality work. They installed our system wrong, wouldn't come out after our basement flooded and when they finally did come out to our house, they sent the same guy out that installed the drain wrong to "fix the problem" They never sealed the pipe in the yard and our yard has flooded on multiple occasions and they wanted to charge us another $100 just for them to diagnose the problem. But that's nothing compared to the fact that they NEVER got permits or inspections which proceeded for us to lose multiple offers on our house. My husband is active duty army and we got orders to move so we ended up having to sale our home, and after they saw the flooding we had two offers back out. I've tried to contact Pam multiple times who said she was going to get it fix and we ended up paying for the permits and still not having any inspections done on the house. They have absolutely destroyed our home leaving us to clean up their mess. The owner and Pam are always conveniently out of the office when I call. I wasted $10,000 on a system that doesn't work, a company that won't come out and fix it, and work done on my house that isn't even safe for all I know, since the company never pulled the permits, or had it inspected. He recommended that we might want to hire a structural engineer independently to make certain he was getting it right. We did, and everything aligned with what he saw. He also drilled and found a void in the fill under the garage, so he had us get a concrete lifting company to come out and fill it in first to make sure their anchors would hold properly. That happened in April, and then Ark came on May 4th to put anchors in. It only took a day and a half, and it was easy, efficient, and smooth. There was no hard sell, they took their time making sure they covered all bases, and their quote came in about half of the other major companies who came out to look at the job. Alex and Bobby did great work cleaned up after each day. Project was to take two days, but with a small hiccup they had to come back on the third day to finish. I feel much better now that the work has been done and I do not worry when we are to get rain. They put in a sub pump and the safe Edge waterproofing. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

They came highly recommended by our neighbors and, after having received a very high quote for the work we needed done by another company, we thought it best to get a 2nd quote. Trace arrived at EXACTLY the time he said he would, made an assessment of what needed to be done and gave us an estimate on the spot. His plan was slightly different than the other company’s, but most significantly, it was also MUCH more affordable. We probably would have put off the decision to do the work had it been the same price. Once the job was scheduled, Mark, the project manager, came out ahead of time to assess and confirm what needed to be done. The crew arrived EXACTLY on time again on the day the work began. They were friendly and cleaned up each night before they left. They ran into a complication which made me feel as if we were on the set of “Property Brothers”, but they were able to come up with a workaround that didn’t end up costing us anything more.
