Granger Disposal Center of Lansing: what do users think?
Dustin Roberson: Critical:ValueOver priced
Dominic Hill: Already was an expensive service and the rates only continue to increase. Recycling is only biweekly. Have to pay $40/"large item". anything that can't fit in the bin. I'd rather have Lansing waste management but Granger has a monopoly in Haslett since the only two other viable competitors only cater to businesses. Why have bible verses on all the trucks?
Doris Orr: Worked for me! Saves hundreds of dollars better than junk removal services!Service:Junk removal
Marlene Garcia: Positive:ProfessionalismGood customer service experienceService:Waste recycling
Charlie Beals: Fast and easy for yard waste dropoff. Prices for yard waste are very high though. A trailer of trash (construction material) cost me just over $40 to dump there, while the same trailer with yard waste was $37. From their website it appears yard waste would be significantly less, but that's not the case.
Laura Denison: Critical:PunctualityWent all the way out there from holt on a Saturday and they are closed. So beware hours are not correct.
Laura Earnest: Critical:PunctualityDon't know what happened but the price went up and they keep missing pick up now.Trying to sell my house don't want garbage sitting for 2 weeks!Service:Trash removal disposal
Mike Cavender: After being a customer of Grainger trash since they took over dent disposal in Remus I have had nothing but headaches They have refused to service me on a dumpster that I bought and paid for from Dent Refuse in Remus before Granger bought them outAt that time Granger send a letter to all of Dent's current customers that they would honor all agreements set forth by Dent. Then out of the blue they stated they would no longer service me with several reasons that makes no sense to me.After speaking with several supervisor's and reaching no resolution I asked that they remove my dumpster. A few weeks later I received a bill for 30.00, I sent them a letter stating why I wouldn't pay.Apparently Granger decided to get there Revenge by stealing and destroying my 85 year old mother's trash container who lives at a completely different location 1/4 mile up the road.Guess they showed me. REALLYAre these the type of people or type of company you want to deal with?Over the years since they've taken over dent, I, my parents, and several other people I know have had repeated problems with there services. I strongly recommend NOT USING Granger trash servicesServices:Construction debris removal,Junk removal
Brandon Lantz: Critical:PunctualityOnline says open. Labor day closed on sat. Nowhere but in person does it say this. Pulled up with a full load.
Zachary Watson: Service:House garage cleanouts
Christopher Harmon: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness
Omar Solorzano: So slow. The line usually sticks out to the road (Talk about a safety hazard). Also the person at the window is impatient and sassy. I get you work in customer service, but you’re an adult.
Nick Gerfen: There was a line to get it, but went pretty fast. Friendly service and affordable.
Kathryn Nisse: Wasn't sure which lot I was to take the pick up truck bed 3/4 full of old shingles & tar paper to, so I stopped at the paper recycle office. Gate 9 is where ya go. Was only $12.25 to dump, but I was alone and they don't have any help available for old people like me. Took me 50 minutes to unload the shingles by myself. Had to take a few minutes inside the truck, in the air conditioning, it was 90° & Iwas feeling light headed. The area isn't cleaned up around the dumping areas. There were a lot of nails on the ground, just hope I didn't pick up any in my tires pulling in & out.
Tracey Dougan: Super helpful and very kind.
Quentin Alverson: Friendly gentleman checked me in gave directions very simple and easy
arnold nerio: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness
Ron Ferlman: Was a complete dump. 10/10 would recommend
Michael McCaslin: Wait time way too long.
Theodore Kopulos: Waste drop off is very easy and they maintain the customer area very well. Friendly employees. Weekends are usually the busiest with a wait. Prices are fair. the guy in the office is good at remembering regulars.
Ferdburful: Awesome !!!!!!!!
