Robert Squires: Dr Swisher has been my Personal Physician for twenty some years. He was my Mother's Personal Physician for many years prior to her death in 2014. He is always kind and caring towards his patients, and gives them excellent care always.

Stephen Stofflet: Outstanding primary care from Dr Han and the office staff are great.
Kelly Wilson: I have an awsome primary care doctor here at the moment. Problem is most the surrounding office staff horrible and completely rude. They never call back when they say they will and they never listen. If it wasn't for the present dr there that I have and like so well I would be going elsewhere.
Phil Damico: Excellent doctors. Dr Laird Fick does an amazing job and cares. Very fast follow up with trauma or ER visits. Excellent job. Highly recommend.
Maggie Jada: I had the literal worse experience with MSU internal medicine office! My husband and I made appointment/ for an initial visit with a new doctor, establishing primary care, 6 months ago. After initial visit I’ve had medical issues and made an appointment two weeks ago. They made me an appointment today. We called last week to try to make appointment sooner but they kept saying no availability. So anxiously awaiting my appointment for today, they called me this morning and said my doctor no longer accepts my insurance! First off why am I being told this the day of my appointment when it’s been made 2 weeks ago. I’m beyond livid, they wanted to make me another appointment January 17th. So now I need a nee general doctor.

Marie Jane: I've been calling here for the past THREE DAYS trying to schedule an appointment, I've been waiting for 30 minutes or more each day for anyone to answer the phone and no one ever does. There needs to be a message leaving system this is beyond insane for a scheduling department, I'm not trying to go to urgent care then be referred back to see my doctor who I can't even SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH!!!
mary daniels: This place shouldn’t EVEN be in business. It is a total joke. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. RUDE STAFF. My senior mother has been going here for years with nothing but problems. She was recently in hospital over weekend, told to follow up with her physician. They refused to see her for followup. They’re ‘too busy, no place to put her’. On hold for 30 minutes, then someone picked up & disconnected without speaking. We are finding a new doctor.
John C: Dr. Handro is my physician at MMP. I have had lifelong medical issues and have seen many physicians in my 67 years. Dr. Hando is the best physician I've seen in all those years. I trust his medical care and advice and I feel he genuinely cares about me as a patient. His staff has been very helpful in the past and have gone out of their way to help when I needed it. 5 stars. Lori: Office administration is the WORST! No call backs, if leave a message after recording says "you'll be in order the call received' the return call is 2 days later. I've made 4 contacts with the office to get a prescription filled, still nothing. Love my doctor, but am ready to leave this broken place!
Kay J DeGroot: Don't expect Dr Thomasz Stankiewicz (I was his patient for a yr) to be on time as he was late for my appointment by 28 minutes, then nurse comes in goes over med refills and pain in knee from fall. Dr Thomasz comes in and complains about my Refills from Cardiologist, Pain management etc Dr's. He is the PCP but refuses to give refills! Don't go to him! He then complained that he had to sit by his wife at home and review my meds as to why I need them! Then told me to go back to his old PA and walked out. No help and USELESS DR!
Mindy Hodges: Everytime I come here my doctor is 60+ minutes behind and I have to walk out, I have a job. If I make my appointment and it is at 9:30, I should be going back to see the doctor at 9:30. This is very unprofessional, here I set time and money to the side to see a doctor for my medical problems and they can't even keep to their word. Do not come here if you don't want to wait.
Jackie Garcia: 8/01/22-referred by primary to Dr. Carella, endocrinologist. Scheduled new patient appointment for early December 2022. Office called in November 2022 to reschedule as that was the week Dr. was going to take for Christmas break, rescheduled for February 9, 2023. Received call November 29th, 2022 to reschedule AGAIN due to Dr. not being in the office, earliest appointment April 5, 2023.I understand there are not many endocrinologists in the area and they are in high demand but it does not appear they take their patient's time into consideration. Add that the office doesn't have a cancellation list to possibly get in sooner, I decided to cancel the April 5, 2023 appointment. NINE MONTHS for an appointment, NO ONE is THAT good! I feel for the office staff for having to deal with this instability and inconsistency in the office.
Erin carlson: The staff is rude. The ladies at the desk make no effort to find you a appointment when you call and they are rude. Dr. Isacas was useless. When tell us one think then tell my I’ll family member something else she gets didn’t have to be the bad guy, then he retired. When he retired Dr.Bakus took over. She is a awful physician with no intention of helping people. Her personality can only be compared to that of Regina George from the movie mean girls. And that was a description from one of her own staff. She is not helpful or knowledgeable when it comes to chronic illness. She does not have and help to improve quality of life. She would give a referral for help unless you know exactly what you need. You might as well be your own doctor. I don’t recommend this office to anyone . You better know what you need as far as health cause of you don’t they won’t !
Sandra Finley: I found out that my DR. DID NOT look at my daily BP or sugar readings, that every single script written had to be called about. That test results were ignored. When I complained was told to find another Dr. So I did.

Mac Dickinson: Central Scheduling will confirm one date and schedule you for a completely different day. Was confirmed for the 5th, show up at 7:00am and am told the appointment is for the 19th when I am out of town... Terrible.
Carmen Gauna: I definitely do not recommend this drs office. I waited 6 months for an appointment only for them to call and cancel 2 hours before I needed to arrive. I rescheduled for another month out and I received another notice that my appointment was cancelled SAME DAY as my actual appointment. No other appointments available until November. Both times the receptionist was rude to me, telling me they called and left voicemails, which I have no record of. 0/10 don’t recommend.
Samantha Snell: I just got a call today saying I have labs I need done before going to my Dr. Appointment tomorrow that was supposed to be done a week ago. I had called last Monday and they told me the orders hadn't even been put it and they would call me later that day to let me know it was good... over a week later and the day before my appointment they finally call saying I Need to make sure I have those labs done before my appointment. Seems like the service is a common complaint at this practice 🤔
C M: In order to get a doctor's appointment I have to drive from Ovid, MI just make an appointment because no one answers the phone when you call in to make an appointment. I have been on hold for over thirty minutes once and it went dead or I was cut-off and had to call back. Now I have to spend at least $10 in gas to drive round-trip to make any appointments.
gail Light: Individually, staff are usually fine but the patient communication system doesn't work. You call and it rings and rings (sometimes busy signal) and you hold for a long time. No way to leave a message. Who organized this method of communications? It isn't working. Maybe not enough staff?
Sri Munaroh: I cannot speak for the rest of the practice, but I would recommend against seeing Dr. Faruqi. She was not attentive to any of my questions and also administered the worst pelvic exam I have ever experienced. Also beware of billing--call your insurance to make sure tests ordered are actually covered.

Sheryl . Stephens: On arrival, location closed the Lab, and sent us to EAST LANSING/Hannah Blvd. That location DOES NOT EXIST. 😡😡😡. Ended up on Jolly Rd, which is as far away from being convenient as it could be. Update your info, people!!! Driving all over hell looking for an open lab is not a good thing when you have already been fasting for 12 hours!!!
Sara Johnson: They never answer their phone, the drs are fine but the receptionists never want to do their jobs, I can be on hold to make an appointment for upwards of an hour and that’s when I call first thing in the morning. I’ll be taking myself somewhere else that actually wants to answer the phone.

Jj: I complained about electric pain in lower back. He did not touch me or examine me. He told me to stretch. I have degenerative and bulging discs in my spine and neck and nerve damage lower back. I have six tumors on spine. I complained of sore lymph node in neck, fatigue, shortness of breath. He never touched my neck or examined me. He told me I had plugged saliva gland and to buy lemon drops. PET Scan showed uptake and enlarged lymph node in neck. Biopsy of tumors are lymphocytic and likely lymphoma. Dr. Dehlin never tried to figure out what was wrong with me. He never referred me to a specialist or followed up on my various complaints over two years. I had to request referrals to see multiple specialists which Dr. complained about referrals.update: plasmacytoma/ myeloma. 2016-17MD Anderson 45 Grays radiation. God is why im alive. Plasma cell dyscrasia
Terri Horn: I finally found a doctor that listens to me. I am so tired of bringing blown off by other doctors. It took a few years but he finally found out what my different problems were. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
Cheryl P: Dr Dehlin is an excellent diagnostician who saved my life without a doubt and the life of a technician I met in my opthamologist's office who had been wrongly diagnosed for years and would have died soon if she hadnt finally gone to Dr.Dehlin who immediately diagnosed her correctly.
Ryan Weltzer: I saw Dr. Dehlin a number of times as my primary care physician and always felt good about my visits. He took the time to listen to my concerns and questions and was thorough in his explanations. He's friendly and would chat with me about my career or medicine.
