Kamari: Horrible place to work! No room for growth, They will work you to death and then fire you.

haylee savage: They let me go the first day because I asked how you go about requesting time off... I did not ask for days off I know its my first day. I just asked how things work they took it as I didnt want to work.

Hailee Bramer: The place is very un organized and very unsafe. The management is horrible. They had terminated my employment because of me double checking my work to ensure it was quality work I was doing. Yet I was still the fastest and most efficient at the job I was doing. A few times I had noticed others were doing things wrong so I had went to management and made them aware and nothing was done but when things were all said and done management was irritated because things weren’t done right, and i constantly was the one having to go back and fix it and the people whom where making the mistakes never got told anything or corrected. Therefore the mistakes persisted. Also they don’t care if you’re being harassed they will just move you to a different station then promote that person that’s harassing. This place is god awful and no one should ever work there. The wrong people get punished and blamed for mistakes. Loc preformance is not a suitable place of employment and they need to be turned over to someone with the proper authority. There turnover rate is so high, they cannot keep people because they fire them for reasons that don’t even make sense.

Everything Apax: Nice people in receiving. To find receiving docks there is a sign at the entrance for shipping and receiving. Once you turn in you will continue to the end of the road just past an entrance to docks for another business. You will turn right at the end then follow until you see the docks and overhead doors.

Deron Blaides: Do not work for this company. I worked there for two weeks and they just cancel my contract with out letting me know. They would just let you go when they do not need you it does not matter if you a contract or permanent.
Cassandra Kill: Loc Performance is a great place to work and grow. The management has created a family-type environment. They are extremely flexible with schedules, and have the understanding that we are all human, and that things come up. As long as you are upfront with them, things will usually work out for everyone.It is also important to realize that this work is extremely fast-paced. They are growing quickly, and need to make adjustments to prepare ourselves for even more growth. With that in mind, they all realize that there are things that may need to be fixed, but the management welcomes any suggestions from staff with their open door policies. After all, people need to work as a team to accomplish our goals. If you enjoy a team environment, this place is definitely for you.On top of all this, they do work for the military. As a vet, it is unbelievably amazing to walk out on the floor and see equipment that I recognize (and I'm sure it is even cooler for our shop employees to be able to say that they built some of it).
