DUCORY2214: I normally don’t leave reviews but when I do it’s either really good or extremely terrible. In this case, it’s the latter.Extremely poor customer service. Even for a repeat customer having spent over thousands of dollars on a sign. Not that the first product was any good. Only repeat the service because they already had the template. Reps won’t return calls or emails after a promised to do so. Wasted an entire week waiting for a returned call or an email. Don’t want to mention any names but all 3 reps answering calls are terrible. Had to pursue new company after multiple failed attempts. Glad this happened in a way. I found a great new sign company with great customer service. Can’t wait to leave a review once the work is done.I would highly NOT recommend this sign company to any business out there that expect courtesy and professionalism.Rest assured I will do my part to spread the word beyond this Google review. They have worked with me to get the design exactly how I want it (despite me repeatedly changing my mind), and the final product is amazing. I worked with Tammy in the Lansing office, and she was amazing. Lightening fast responses.
