Aries Goddess: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I went in to have one flex pipe replaced. I had gone to a previous auto mechanic shop a few hours prior and they were trying to charge me $2,194- $2,251 for the repair. Being a woman I am already skeptical of mechanics. Luckily I took a man with me that is very knowledgeable in vehicles. And he told me that they were overcharging me. That's how I ended up going to Lentz.I worked with Jamie who was absolutely amazing! He walked me under my vehicle to show me exactly what needed to be fixed. I explain to him what the previous shop told me needed to be done and how much they were going to charge me. And he explained to me that all of that was not necessary. That he could get me taken care of and back on the road in about an hour. He definitely delivered & $2,000+ cheaper! They have gained a customer! I'll have no problem taking my vehicle back to Jamie to have work done.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Mike Walls: I had issues with my exhaust system vibrating and making noises. I went to a few garages was told by 3 that they would not be able to get to it until Monday. When I got to Lentz, the manager told me they would get to it as soon as they can. With in 30 minutes they pulled my truck in and looked it over. They found 2 different issues and reviewed it with me a gave me a very reasonable quote and said they would have the work done with in an hour. I was very happy. John Pruitt: Would not recommend going here got a front end alignment they didn't even lossen my inner tie rod boots just twisted theme all up and ripped them now rack and pinion leaking and need new boots worst service I've ever had cost me more money in long run. ........ . Yes your manager did call I admit the rack was leaking but the boots were not ripped he just made excuses saying it won't hurt nothing pretty much they are sealed bearings that is no reason for your lazy techs not doing there job and loosing them and ripping them fact is job wasn't done right and I strongly recommend no one to ever use this business you will get excuses when they break your vehicle .

Rocket RiderUFO: Due to the extreme understaffing of repair shops in the Lansing area, this shop was able to complete a shocks and strutts installation in 3 days. Estimate took 1 day amidst other vehicles being repaired; Parts 1 day with prepping the vehicle for the installation with the last day for the repair. I was expecting to wait. I was patient and was not disappointed!
Jordan Emmendorfer: Right at the beginning of the holiday weekend for the 4th of July, we had a very unfortunately timed car issue before we were going to go on a long drive up north. Lentz was the only place that took our issue seriously and was able to squeeze us in on a tight timeline. They were quickly able to fix our issue. jacqueline hanshaw: While traveling to work my Chevy Aveo broke down had it towed to Lentz in Lansing,they looked at it and said my transmission was not working to make a long story short they took care of everything . I highly recommend Lentz auto for my next repair , but not any time soon I hope.

Assumed it would have to be scheduled for the next day but they took a look at it right away.Thankfully it was a quick fix and we were on our way.
